The Legacy Brigantine needs to be updated and cleaned. Our room, the rug was completely torn from bedroom to bathroom, water did not drain in bathtub, refrigerator missing crisper bins, oven, old and dirty, rug needs a thorough cleaning, air conditioner broke during our last night and the heat came on instead. Maid service did not show up and when we asked at desk, they told us, they left for the day. They did give us towels though, seriously, what hotel does this? We will not return, nor the people we went with.

We apologize that you did not have a comfortable stay. This certainly is not what most guests experience at our resort. Consequently, we're very concerned we failed with our communication to you about our house keeping services. We are in the process of planning to upgrade several areas around the resort. As we constantly making upgrades to the property and the resort, we hope that you will visit us again in the future.
