Best Hotel On The Island

Pros: The warm and inviting feeling, when they greet you upon your arrival. Thank you for making my trip that much more special (Nohelia & Jordan)... Again!
Cons: A bigger coffee bar, with pastries
Location: Plenty of shopping, eateries, and activities on the island... as well as sight seeing!
I came up for personal & family business, and was able to relax and enjoy the island life... once my business was concluded.

Nice time away !

Location: Location was ideal for our needs, casinos a short ride away.
Although I had a confirmed itinerary # and reservation, when I checked-in the hotel had no reservation for my wife and I. It took approx 40 minutes to finally rectify the situation. I had emails confirming and verifying this itinerary as well. Don't know what happened..

A Very Friendly Staff

Pros: Warm and Inviting
Cons: Breakfast In Bed... Would Be A Nice Touch!
Location: A Few Minutes Away From The Boardwalk and Atlantic City.
The Staff Was Very Personable And Friendly. I also Loved The Spacious And Clean Room.

Spacious room, acceptable $, 15 min from nightlife

Pros: Loved the kitchenette so that we can pack food. Located in a quiet area on the beach but only 15 min away from awesome clubs. Looks like there are some renovations to the bar and grill area, which sits along the edge of the beach. Would be awesome eat there with a view of the ocean!
Cons: The room decor is far from glamorous but there's definitely that old world charm. I did not like that the checkout time is so early (10am). Elsewhere, it is typically 11am -12pm. However, they did allow me to checkout at 11am.
Location: We took an uber to the club at the Borgata and the Tropicana. If we had some time, we would have drove our car onto the beach. So cool!

Rude staff, and overpriced

The room was small, the staff was rude, and the rooms smelled horribly, the bed was broken.

Pros: I loved our view from the hotel room! The staff an people staying at the hotel were very nice. Even though the weather was not good, I had a great tim
Cons: Our room did have some crumbs on the rug from the previous renter. The sponge for kitchen cleaning use did not scrub off the pots/pans very well.
Location: I loved going to the Atlantic City Aquarium and the Cape May Zoo. There are lots of good restaurants in the area too!

Stay elsewhere

The Legacy Brigantine needs to be updated and cleaned. Our room, the rug was completely torn from bedroom to bathroom, water did not drain in bathtub, refrigerator missing crisper bins, oven, old and dirty, rug needs a thorough cleaning, air conditioner broke during our last night and the heat came on instead. Maid service did not show up and when we asked at desk, they told us, they left for the day. They did give us towels though, seriously, what hotel does this? We will not return, nor the people we went with.

Location is the only thing going for it

This is our 3rd stay at this hotel & it has declined greatly, both in appearance & service. Our room wasn't cleaned at all one day, we asked at the front desk & got crazy conflicting reasons - one being that we were supposed to call to ask to have it be cleaned - HUH??? Since when is that the rule at a hotel? We then at least, asked for clean towels, promised, never delivered. Parking was quite tough as priority is given to the restaurant. Our room was very tired & worn, as was the lobby
