We travel with our dog and it's not often you find a lovely pet friendly hotel whose staff really do make you and your pet feel so welcome. Lovely touch in the room with a dog bed, toy, and treats waiting for your dog, it really does make a difference. Will definately stay here again.
Great location, walking distance to Brighton pier. Lovely members of staff, very helpful.Hotel located on quiet street.Perfect place to stay if you are travelling with a dog.Very nice breakfast.
On arrival it was mentioned that I had booked through Expedia and I was offered an upgrade from the single room I had booked to a double for £10, which I took, however a friend who arrived later was offered the same upgrade free of charge. The only difference being that I had booked with Expedia ...
Chose Ibis as value for money and pet friendly. Location is ideal as minutes from the heart of shopping and walking distance from the beach.Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Room was clean and adequate and great value for money. I've stayed at numerous places in Brighton but will definitely ...
On a very cold and windy day, the hotel was warm, cosy and welcoming. Staff were charming and helpful, arranging parking for us and helping us with evening arrangments. Breakfast was great - a nice menu, served to your table, with delightful waiting staff. Altogether a very pleasant short break!
Overal Hotel is very nice, however the public areas like bar and terrace had dirty tables not cleaned by bar staff, bar staff not very knowledgeable, even when I explained what I wanted to drink they still got it wrong, be warned they have Weddings as do most Hotels that play loud music till midnight, ...
This hotel advertises itself as dog-friendly however the dog was not allowed in any public area (bar, lounge etc) so had to be left in the bedroom. The staff were friendly. The bedroom was large, comfortable bed but bathroom was tatty with mould and window blacked out so no view. At 11.00pm loud ...
We were very pleased with this hotel, which we chose on the basis that it was dog-friendly and close to relatives in Hove. The only slightly negative comment (which didn't matter to us) is that the furnishings in the corridors are a little old-fashioned and worn, but everything was spotless and well ...
We stayed here when it was the Seattle, so were looking forward to it.We arrived at Reception which was unstaffed, I had a look around but couldn't find anyone. After a while the phone rang and a member of staff came rushing out of the back office to answer it ignoring us in the process. Not great. The ...
Nice location and friendly reception lady. Lobby and bar has strong damp smell. We sat with our overpriced drinks on chairs that were so scratched we looked around for a cat.Room in mews and breakfast ok. Could be lovely hotel if improvements were made.
We came to stay for a weekend in Brighton and wanted somewhere close by the town and the sea front whilst we were there. Sea Spray is located in a little square opposite some greenery and is just the ideal location just off the sea front. We had a lovely room with everything we needed, and the breakfast ...
Booked the double en suite as the others were all taken and was very impressed. Room was spotless, staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere of the bar area itself was a really good vibe. Staff even turned on the TV in the restaurant part so that we could watch the football whilst eating dinner, ...
Rooms was basic but clean. Very tired looking interior with rust and peeling paint but comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Could hear other guests tv or on their phones. We waited ages for anyone to let us check in and the staff were always a bit grumpy. One guest had a huge dog which he brought ...
