Positives :great location, clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff Negatives, no parking at the hotel ( as disclosed ), it is under construction, noisy bar right behind hotel, musty hallway, not wheel chair accesible
Great place right on the Ocean, and walking distance to the Pier and area dining. Breakfast at the hotel was tasty; plenty of hot and cold options. Friendly staff, car park in adjacent garage. Looked to be recently renovated; we found beds comfortable and room very neat and tidy. Would certainly ...
they gave us a sea view because it was my mum's 80th birthday the staff were lovley breakfast was excellent buck fizz all you could eat quality products the bar was really relaxed would definitely stay again
We pulled up outside to find the front covered in scaffolding and plastic sheets!! Inside we were robbed of a view from the bar and restaurant because of this. No mention of any of this when we booked!!!! Otherwise, a lovely stay with a large comfy room and great food and service.
stayed here before and always nice rooms and friendly staff. this time only complaint was waited 45 minutes for 2 poached eggs - was busy at breakfast so do understand but would have been a concern if in a rush. otherwise all good and excellent value.
Quirky, characterful hotel. Lovely location in Regency Square close to sea, restaurants and shops. Staff, service and food very good. Stayed as a wedding guest (wedding reception at this venue) and we all had a wonderful time. The only possible downside is a minimum reservation of two nights - but ...
Couldn't fault our stay, room was amazing, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious with something for everyone. Look forward to staying here again!
Hotel was fine for a one night stay. It's close to the beach and town, near restaurants, bars, shops and reasonably good value for Brighton. We had a room on the top floor - a lot of stairs and no lift. The room was OK but a bit cramped and the bathroom was very small, but the shower was excellent. ...
Close to the beach, friendly staff, room maintained well and presented brilliantly.
Hotel room was a little worn and dated but had a free upgrade from a single to a double room. Right in the middle of the city, ideal to book to crash after a gig. Can't grumble for a bargain £25!
We stayed one night and found the staff so lovely, friendly and helpful. Our room had recently been refurbished and was very clean and comfortable - with a lovely, huge bed. Breakfast was lovely. Maybe some parts of the hotel have yet to be refurbished, but all was fine. Lovely, Regency building ...
Really lovely hotel quiet but only two minutes walk from the pier breakfast was really good didn’t realise I’d booked one of the best rooms we had a little patio with ours and massive bathroom massive room massive bed the staff were all really brilliant to definitely recommend
