"There were ants all over our room. They didn’t have any wheelchair accessible rooms. My grandma couldn’t get in the bathroom with a struggle. The front desk lady was very rude"

"This was a pleasant surprise. Staff were exceptionally helpful and the room was big and clean. The only problem I had was the tub was extremely high and slippery inside. It was difficult for me partly because of my age, 81. "

"This hotel was the worst that I've had the mistake of booking. It had holes in the walls, open electrical outlets with no covers. They just tried to cover up dirt and mildew and rot with a paint job. There were no curtains so you had lots of sunlight coming through the blinds. Everything they did they did on the cheap. Even the breakfast was horrible. No fresh fruit or yogurt, they had a fridge with nothing in it. Only one meat to chose from, and the breakfast wasn't worth going to. There were people in the halls at 3:30 in the morning and something or someone running around late at night. Never would I recommend this place to anyone."

"First room we were given had torn curtains and needed to be swept. Elevator was broken all three days. Sign on door to stairs said to bring dirty towels to front desk to exchange for new ones. Never saw anyone from housekeeping. Only positive was exceptional service from breakfast lady. "

"Our room was disgusting l! Severely disappointed. There was thick white powder substance behind all the furniture. When reported to the manager, he offered no compensation! Also, my husband accidentally left his suit case in our room when we checked out. We called immediately when we arrived home. They said, they didn't find any suite case in our room. Which is absolutely absurd!"
