"We decided to stay here based off of the incredible reviews, and I can honestly say, they did not disappoint! The rooms are clean and had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable - even for those with chronic bad backs. The staff was always friendly and VERY helpful. The grounds are clean, and the parking is easy. The resort is very well lit and easy to find, and it's the soo, so everything is within an easy distance. VERY well priced. They were very accommodating for our late arrival. I couldn't say enough to explain how great of a stay this was. We will be returning to say the least!"

"Though the motel rooms were dated, they were very clean and very comfortable, especial the beds. I also liked the vast selection of television stations. It is conveniently located within 20 minutes of the Soo locks at Sault Ste Marie and only 60 minutes from Tahquamenon Falls. Very quiet and plenty of parking."

"This is by no means a fancy stay, however i would recommend the lockview motel for you weekend stay in the soo! The rooms are older and the bathroom is on the smaller size to be for warned but the staff make the stay worth it! Lucy in the main office who is in charge of breakfast is AMAZING! Her hospitality alone would make me return every year we travel up that way. We were going to be checking in after hours and when I called Kyle was very accommodating and allowed us to check in over the phone so when we arrived we could get right into our room. The breakfast was amazing as well. If your not too bougie to stay in an out of date small cozy little motel, then lockview is the motel for you! We will be back!!!"

"Wonderful place on the lake. Very clean. We stayed in the side motel. It was dated but extremely well kept and clean. Nice quiet hideaway for the evening."
