Excellent and an ideal property. Only issue is with check in after 10pm. Few flights in to Brisbane arrived after 10pm and how can the guest check in easily is an area need assistance

We stayed in room 110 and the mattress was terrible! You could feel the springs and you could even grab the spring through the sheets. My husband had surgery on his back and we had to fold a blanket so he could sleep a little. Mattresses need to be replaced or at least put pillow topper mattress covers on the bed. I had even considered sleeping in the car. Other than we enjoyed stay there as it suits our needs. Thank you for reading and hopefully addressing these concerns.

The Tower is clearly getting an internal refit, with the very 70s redwood cabinets contrasting with the very 2020s granite bathrooms. The rooms are round, so it's got a very surreal castle turret feel, which is to be respected, a good spot up above the Roma Parklands, atop the hill. The walk home from the CBD or the Valley is best consider by Uber or Taxi, that's a lot of steps on the daily counter to get back to base

Was very happy with my 2 night stay here. There was toiletries in reusable containers, fridge, TV. The black out curtains especially were good and not too much traffic noise, as I was on 5th floor. Would happily stay again and make use of free bus service into centre

Very close to the city although down a steep hill and then we found Free bus 30 that drops you outside the hotel. So catch Bus 30 on way back. Hotel unit was suitable for our 2 night stay. Roma st gardens(across the road) were at their best but it was a special occasion.

The room is in a disgusting state. The aircon smelt and had black mould. The room smelt of urine. Table laminate was peeling, general wear and tear on everything. Felt like we were staying in a crack den.

Hi Kim, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience following your stay at our hotel.Unfortunately, due to the fact that we are an oddly shaped hotel, we do not have enough car spaces to accommodate all our guests, hence why we need to charge 15 per night per vehicle, which is a competitive rate for the area. Additionally, due to the concerts in the area and being fully booked on your check-in day, unfortunately we had already run out of car spaces before you arrived to check in. We apologise for this and hope this did not impact your stay with us too much! In future, we suggest pre-booking your car space in advance to guarantee you a space.
