Fourth time at this place. Great location. Only thing is every time the wifi in the bedrooms do not work and need to be in the sitting room. This has been at at all the different units we stayed in.

Great place to stay
This is a great place to stay. Very central and easy access to a range of activities. We had an issue with the shower not working and were quickly relocated to another room. Staff were very helpful.

Great location, nice apartment, but badly equipped kitchen, no dish cloth, no oven proof dishes, bowls baking trays, not even a grill pan.

Fantastic location. Plenty of dining options close by. Great sized apartment. Loved the enclosed balcony having a young child, but still able to get fresh air. Staff very helpful and parking was great. Will definitely stay again.

All 💯 good often stay in city and always great! Only thing would like to see is discount offered to regular visitor recognition so can book through hotel instead of booking sites like Wotif ect

Too many guests. Gas burner didn't work as it didn't ignite so hadd to use my lighter. Towels were not enough. The hotel staff were kind and supportive.

Location great. Very central. Loved heated pool. Wi-fi extremely poor. Had to use data on my phone to stream the television. Could not even watch Channel 9 on the tv. Spent more time to get the tv to work than to have a holiday in Brisbane. Staff was helpful but could not not resolve the poor wi-fi signal.

Wonderful staff
Wonderful service from checkin to checkout. Such a warm welcome from reception staff even though it was quiet busy. It really did feel loke coming home. Nothing was too hard for the girls. We listened to the interaction from staff while waiting to check in. Such a nice change. Bed was lovely & comfortable. I didnt think we had cleaning included but had service and fresh towels so apologies for the messy room as I really didnt think anyone would be in. Loved the balcony could be closed in when windy. Overall 9 /10. Will def return.

Second time in 4 weeks just love how handy it is to everything. Great value for money. Rooms are a great size. This is an apartment hotel so has everything you would expect to be able to live there.

Good place with large appartments. Be aware there is a 24 construction site across the road, and this leaks into the room at night. Take ear plugs if you are used to sleeping in a quiet location.

Overall it was good, but I was a bit confused why there was a door inside the apartment with what might have been an adjoining room or something else like a second bedroom that was locked? It was very unusual. Elevators were quite slow. Waited a few minutes one time. Checkin was easy. View was amazing. I’d definitely recommend.
