Nice hotel close to restaurants, shopping .Posted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: The views.close to shopping centers, the water and Asian restaurants.
Cons: Nothing as the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Location: I was there for a wedding but was able to go shopping at the mall, shop at high end sport clothing eg lulu lemon and restaurants.
They give you all of the amenities in the room. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed the large patio and the views. Everything was within walking distance including Asian restaurants, post office and the malls. The reception staff were great and would take care of all of your needs from taxis, direrections and whatever requirements that you needed. Very friendly and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Overall good, a little way out from the city if you have kids. Wasn't a fan of the loft style room for the 2nd bedroom, no door and over looked the main living area, which was difficult for the kids to get to sleep.

noisy and oldPosted Jul 24, 2015
Proximity to the bridge is bothersome. Nice view at Brisbane river. Needs to be refurbished. Spa and gym area is aweful.

Just OKPosted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: Location was ok
Cons: The beds, access to the bathroom.
Location: Location was ok
The rooms are dated, we asked for a 2 bedroom apartment which we got, however you could only access the bathroom via the main room. The bed was uncomfortable and old, the shower and bath were awkward to access.

Free upgrade!Posted Jul 10, 2015
Hotel was perfect. We were there for our wedding and they gave us a free upgrade when they found out. The staff was so helpful and nice. the only bad thing I could say was it was very annoying you needed you key to access any floor in the elevator, but I guess you can't complain about extra security!

Good view, friendly staffPosted Jul 7, 2015
Pretty good overall but the hot water was terrible. I had to move rooms twice because the bath was cold only to be told by the night manager after several excuses that the tanks in the rooms are just small. ???? The attraction of a tub was one reason I chose this hotel over others, so I was rather disappointed.
