Was ok for an overnight stay, but lights flickered which was super annoying and shower screen was broken. Refurbishment required.

Did not see a single person on site. Arrived at property around 6pm and there was no one at the reception even though the signs stated that it was open until 9pm. There was nobody there and the gates were down. They did NOT contact us to let us know how to check in via the safe. Luckily another guest checking in 15 minutes after we arrived and opened the safe for us. Later, after we went out for dinner there was STILL no one at reception. The floor we were staying on had a balcony that let ppl smoke outside, but it left a terrible cigarette smell throughout the hallway on that floor, it was better inside the room but we could still smell smoke. The room itself was surprisingly pretty clean. But I would say the lack of service was very disappointing.

The staff here were very kind and went above and beyond to help me. They had the room done early and really helped us out by holding our luggage for us while we explored. Uber and taxis are really easy to get from here to the city or cruise terminal or the airport. I would highly recommend and i will be coming back to stay here when im next in brisbane.

Close to the airport
One night stay before our flights out. Close to the airport. Very clean and comfortable. Hotelier was good with information. Would usually have had more to say but we had a late checkin and early checkout so didn’t get to experience anything else. Would recommend though.

Best motel close to Brisbane airport we have stayed at with our family of 4. We have stayed at quite a few. We were 4 persons and had a family size room. Separate room with two single beds and tv. The main room had a queen bed with a tv too. It was very clean and bathroom had nice hot water. Beds were actually comfortable and aircon worked well. It will now be my first choice when we require accommodation close to Brisbane Airport.

Check in was easy and pleasant, WAYNE thanks for early access, very convenient position to the golf and lots of eating choices within walking distance. maybe bathroom could do with a bit of an update, overall very good value. Thanks to all.

Is okay if you need an overnight dwelling. We stayed 2 nights to be close to a tour we booked. Only time in 2 days we saw any reception staff was as we were leaving, there are 2 floors with roughly 14 rooms per floor but only 13 carparks available. We found ourselves having to park on the street a block away on one occasion. Advertises foxtel in rooms but as we discovered it was only free to air tv with no foxtel available. Good for a layover but would not recommend more than a night or 2

Have stayed here before and would stay again. Clean and comfortable ~ showing some signs of age eg carpets. Reception not manned in the two days that we were there but everything functioned as it should. Did have a visit from a solitary cockroach but he was dispatched post-haste. Yeah, I know, but I get them at my house too !! Overall, a good place to stay and just 6 minutes from the airport.

Perdect to say overnight if arriving late into Brisbane airport. Checkin instructions were provided if there was no reception staff available. No issues to gain access. The only issue was the shower head which did not provide the best shower experience. Will certainly consider again.

The bed was comfy and the aircon was good and quiet but the room was right on the road front so not much sleep. Why they wouldn't put double glazing in is beyond me! Also the noise from the room above is like they're in the same room, I think it was a balcony. Friendly staff though.

Always a great stay here for a night even if it’s not for a flight the next day. Convenient, easy to park and only $15 Uber into the valley. Always recommend this place.

Last night in Brisbane was really gross. Upon 1st look it was nice. Fast forward an hour and we discover A) the bathroom door doesn't stay closed. B) there is no soap to wash dishes despite a sign telling us to wash the dishes. C) the dishes were already dirty! ew! D) the sheets didn't fit the bed! From knee down we were on bare mattress! Ew! mattresses never get washed, especially at hotels. Super gross. We slept on top the covers and uses jackets and towels as blankets. Hardly slept and shivered all night. E) We ended up not having breakfast because we couldn't clean the already dirty dishes. We left as fast as we could! Last night when we discovered the bare mattress we nearly checked out. Unfortunately there was no other hotel nearby to stay in that we could check in to. All the receptions were closed. Trust me if we could have left last night, we would have.

Hi Natasha,I must admit I was shocked when I first read your review as it is not something I have heard of before - sheets that don't fit the bed etc. Then, when you said that there is a sign to telling you to wash the dishes I realised you are obviously referring to another motel as we don't have a sign advising guests to wash their dishes. Also, all of our sheets fit the beds that they are fitted to.Our guests are provided with my personal mobile number if there are any issues but I did not receive any calls relating to any room issues during this time.Please ensure you have the correct Motel before posting a review like this!

The access via key lockbox was seamless, the rooms clean,, tidy ans functional and location to restaurantsand a small Woolies Metro convenient. The main issue for us was the $50 taxi fare from the airport when it was labelled an airport motel and a further $40 to the cruise terminal when advertised as0.4km away (th3re is a new cruise terminal)
