Hi Jason, our breakfast also includes tea coffee milk, apple and orange juice, 2 kinds of fruits, and yogurt. It is a continental buffet. 3 different kinds of bread with 7 choices of jams and butter, as well as 4 kinds of cereal. It is worth 14. Thank you!

Hi Helen, your husband abused our staff at reception in the morning and threaten us with a bad review to get your refund. This is not acceptable. 1. We are an airport motel with 10 min driving distance. 2. The room is what you booked online and match all the photos. 3. Shower is working normally. 4. Our neighbor is refurbishing their home and promised no big noise in the early morning. 5. We have on-site parking for all guests and there're two access into your room. Our staff are always friendly to help our guests.

We are no longer offering shuttle buses since covid, your booking time is September 9, 2023, all platforms have updated this information before this date, uber and taxi are cheaper, this is for the sake of saving money for all guests, no matter how tired you are of the word covid, this is just the truth, there is no cheating.The minibar is not included in the room rate, which is normal, as it is in all hotels/motels.A 4 small bottle of water is at the reception, it's a fact, you have every right not to buy it.We clean the pool every day and we disagree with your comment.There are no lifts, that's a fact as well, we're a 25-room motel, not a five-star hotel, it's normal not to have lifts.Breakfast starts at 7:00am, it's true too, so if you fly out early in the morning, you will miss it, which is also true, our breakfast is free, if you don't want to miss breakfast, you can book a later flight out. About our location, it's a 10-minute drive from the airport and across the road from the train station and bus stop. It's a great location.You are more than welcome to come again. Thank you

Hello NaomiThank you for your review finding your stay with us great having lovely clean rooms. Our Daikin air conditioners are not noisy and serviced regularly.Upon check in you where explained that we offer a FREE complimentary continental breakfast for 2 guests per room also as advertised within the motel rooms and externally on all web sites for people to acknowledge this offer upon booking.We do not manage public transport system but do furnish our guests with as much information as possible upon there stay if guests prior personal organization has not occured. Upon your early arrival without prior notice we accommodated your luggage storage and upon checkout you also requested your luggage be stowed for an additional 8hr after checkout for a small fee that you agreed to. I am so pleased to hear our reception staff go out of there way for our guests.Overall we are glad you found our service, price and location great.

Hello Danielle,Thank you for your communication to us as you left no contact details, after your check out your room was inspected there was nothing wrong with the tv in the room it would have been through user operation of incorrect setting via the tv remote , additionally you could have notified reception that you did not via room phone and it would have been rectified with urgency. again nothing found faulty with toilet roll holder or soap dish.Guests check out time is by 10am as explained to you upon check in and as advertised through out motel and on all web sites, unless the guest requests a late check out then the motel may grant the request pending availability this again you did not ask for.The only thing wrong with your stay was the lake of respect to the motels room and property by the guest upon check out.
