Stains on the sheets, crumbs on the floor, didn’t have a floor mat in bathroom, no house keeping at all. Walls were filthy, had to wear shoes around the place otherwise your feet would get filthy. Worst place I have ever stayed in.

Very clean and comfortable bed, walking distance to eateries. Only issue contacting the hotel on weekends as no staff after 12 pm. I was meant to check in after 2pm on Sat, no staff and no one answers the calls so got late for or Xmas party pre drinks but overall stay was brilliant.

The room assigned to me was really spacious and well maintained. It is fully equipped with basic appliances. Worth every penny paid. Staff are very helpful. They even agreed to accept my online order for me! Would definitely stay here again next time.

Stayed one night for business.
I would not consider this a 4 star property. The front office chaps were very nice. Location is great. Mal function of the fire alarm meant that we had to evacuate at 330 am for no reason. My light was malfunctioning and came on and woke me up in the middle of the same night. Lots of dust around the room. Missing fan remote. Broken TV remote. Old and outdated bathroom. Very loud in the lower floors. Free high sleed wifi was great. It was cheap, so I suppose you get what you pay for.

Uncomfy bed. Street noise had me awake at 5am but it was convenient for the reason i attended Bris. The studio is a basic, no frills room. Happy it has an iron & iron board.

Don’t try check in after 4PM
Location was great, room was fine if dated but the check in process ruined the entire stay. Took 35 minutes and multiple dropped phone calls before someone opened the door and opened the safe to give us our keys. What sort of hotel reception shuts at 4pm? Hotel stank of weed too. Probably won’t be back.

I accompanied my daughter who is a musician and had a delegate pass to Bigsound in Fortitude Valley. I often stay here & it was the perfect location for us. It can be a little noisy depending which room you're in but that's a small trade-off for the location and surrounds. I'll always come back.

Was difficult getting hold of some one with lockbox on Saturday at 1.00pm to know what was happening. No where to leave luggage if you arrive slightly earlier. But we’re good let us in at 1.30 pm eventhough room hadn’t been cleaned.

Good stay, decent sized rooms. Furnishings were dated but still functional. Good location and reasonable price. Communication was excellent, called me to confirm arrival time and sent me a sms with all the details I would need for a late check in.

Good: Location is fairly central and about 1.5-2 Km from the CBD area. Plenty of eateries, pubs around the area. China Town is two streets away. Metro is walkable distance too. Rental is ok. Not very expensive and definitely not cheap either. About 20-30 minutes from Airport by Uber. Has all the basic facilities in the room with attached toilet and small kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle with a basin too. Bad: Hard to find reception desk people. Most of the communication is via phone calls which may be erratic mostly. House keeping isn’t done on its own and one has to call the phone to inform about house keeping. The hotel premises can be noisy as well as the surroundings on weekends with loud music at nights. Those on the lower floors are the most affected. Hotel doesn’t have it own Restaurant.

Really great location, walkable to the CBD, right near to the river walk too and good buses right next to hotel. Hotel was incredibly clean, nothing wasn't working. Staff were incredibly accommodating, I asked for more bin bags and the cleaners came and cleaned, empty all bins, restocked everything. Staff apologised I had no iron in the room, I hadn't even noticed. Wifi had excellent connection, I made several whatsapp calls to the UK and connection was fantastic. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, I needed a parking space for one night and it was no trouble at all.

Barry at reception was super helpful and very easy to communicate with. The room had terrible lighting as none of the overhead lights worked. The walls were dirty with stains all over them like they'd never been cleaned. Everything was dusty especially the fans. Grout in the bathrooms was also very grubby. Only one toilet roll for two people. Great location though and easy to access from train station and easy parking.

The room was displaying poor maintenance. When front desk was advised, the only solution given was to cover an overnight parking fee - but I had to car to park. Disappointed in the room and can’t really recommend.

Great place to stay 5 mins walk to station that gets you anywhere around Brisbane. Rooms were double floor and very nice indeed. Area outside is very busy at night and noise from pub opposite (esp weekend) is loud. Make sure you get a code to get in if arriving outside of 9-4pm. Otherwise enjoy great city.

The room was fine and everything was as advertised. It's a very noisy street though and sometimes events, traffic and sirens went all through the night. Depends what you are looking for though - it's a great area for entertainment. Everything literally at your doorstep. Great transport connections and good access to plenty of interesting things. I had some things to do in the day time that needed me to be sharp and so for me it was a bad choice and I left a couple of days early - I couldn't get enough sleep.

Location was the main reason for choosing this place, close to family. Also it's brilliant with immediate access to the Valley shops, and a bus right outside to the city. Only downside is the noisy bar under my room, but overall not too much of a problem
