Good location for business trips on that side of

The compact rooms are very small which I thought would be ok. but next time I'll upgrade to a larger room.

Good for a short stay.

Good, comfortable hotel. Only complaint is resteraunt isn't open on weekends. And only given one keycard to room.

Hi Garret, So pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. Please ask reception for a second key as they are very quickly cut. Unfortunately our weekend guests rarely require the restaurant - hence the reason it is closed. If demand increases we'd love to re-open on weekends. We sincerely hope you return one week night and we will gladly cut you 2 keys.

Pros: The staff were very friendly, the bed was comfy, there was a swimming pool and a hotel restaurant (which we didn't use).
Cons: Cleanliness of the room - just the shower and urine smell (what we think was urine) Perhaps instructions for the air-conditioner.
Location: Close to train and bus. Not far to the Gabba, hospital, cafe and small shopping mall
We like the decor and comfy bed in our room however the room had a smell as you entered the door - it smelt like urine. This wasn't mentioned to the hotel staff at the time. We did however tell them that our microwave had sparked (nothing but a hotel plate with a hamburger was put in there) It was checked out by their maitainence man. He couldn't find anything wrong with it but we thought that perhaps it should have been removed. We did not use it again.

We are very proud of our housekeeping standards and don't like to think we missed a smell - especially a bad smell. Please be assured it will be gone - post haste. Nice hotel close to everything

Close to everything. Quiet hotel. Lovely staff. I didn't get a chance to use pool or gym but could see both from my balcony...looked nice.

Close to hospitals

Pros: Every but the bed was great, food was great, staff were great and the room itself was great.
Cons: Have better pillows available
Location: Close to hospitals,public and private
It was not quite what we expected, the bed was 2 singles push together, mattresses were uncomfortable as were the pillows, but, other than that it was ok. Next time we would take our own pillows.

Hi Wayne, Please book a spacious queen studio next time so you won't have the joined king singles AND we've just ordered new pillows so you won't need to bring your own...ours will be new and gorgeous.

Nice hotel, friendly staff

Spent 1 night with friends as we went to a concert at the gabba. Only a 20min walk. We had an adjoining room with 2 queens. Was perfect for us. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. It is on a busy road but never heard any noise and there are dark curtains. Free car parking too. Overall was excellent for our needs.

Good hotel, easy walk to the gabba.

Enjoyed this hotel. Quiet to say we went at a very busy time (Adele). Staff good and very approachable.

Clean, comfortable and friendly.

Easy to find, helpful and friendly service at the front desk. The security of secure parking. Comfortable bed and pillows, fluffy towels. Immaculate and comfortable. Food nice in the restaurant. Will stay there again if ever in Brisbane.
