Pros: A good sized, clean room and the convenience of hotel to where we have to go.
Location: Near to Medical Specialists, Courts, Train Station, City, walking distance to South Bank. Just very convenient and very reasonable in price.
We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times, it is conveniently placed for our medical visits, it is clean, comfortable, and run without fuss of bother. Would recommend if just needing a nice room to stay for a short time at a reasonable price.

Handy to town bars and restaurants

Nice small hotel.

Clean, convenient to the city. Decent facilities. Modern hotels these days need to get free internet, but apart from that convenient for a quick weekend stay for its rates. Would consider it again.

Excellent Night Staff

Pros: it was very reasonable
Cons: no
Location: we only needed an overnight stay before going to Fiji. was a Secret deal, was a bit disappointed that it wasn't close to the airport like I searched.
We had late check in. the girl on the night shift was fantastic, informative, helpful. really pleased.

One night stay for work. Couldn't fault the room the only thing I could pick up on was the shower door has a gap and water would spill out onto the floor leaving a puddle.

Needed accommodation in Brisbane.

Pros: Reception staff.
Cons: Free wifi.
Location: It is in a fairly central location.
Decent enough hotel, clean and reception staff were excellent. Room was quite small and view from tiny balcony was onto a lane way. Needed to stay in Brisbane longer but when rate to extend was given, decided it was not worth the price and moved.

Terrible staff, big hassles

Cons: Staff terrible. Hotel very dark and small (closed in)
Bad service. Staff unhelpful. Problem with the booking and staff and head office were not warm or welcoming at all. Problem was not solved and was told I would have to pay almost $200 extra.
