Bad service. Staff unhelpful. Problem with the booking and staff and head office were not warm or welcoming at all. Problem was not solved and was told I would have to pay almost $200 extra.

Rest assured, this is not the usual standard our guests encounter and I sincerely apologize that this was not the case during your stay.
Unfortunately, there is no way of recreating the past or reversing the experience.
