Spacious room. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed (pillows weren't to my liking). Couch was ok. Incredible view! Surprisingly quiet other than usual city noise. Terrific location.

My recent stay at a well-known five-star hotel offered spacious rooms and commendable amenities like a swimming pool and spa. However, it didn't entirely live up to the five-star standard. The bed and kitchen were adequate, but the bathroom experience was disappointing. A poorly designed shower led to water flooding the bathroom floor, a mishap not expected at such a reputed hotel. The solution offered by the hotel staff, extra towels, seemed like a temporary fix rather than a proper resolution. While the hotel shines in some aspects, this experience left me questioning its commitment to the luxury and service expected from a five-star establishment.

There were a couple of hiccups which the staff sorted out very efficiently. The staff on the front desk were very friendly and all inquiries handled in an extremely pleasant way.

Check in was complicate as they would not accept the Amex on my phone - its a company card and the only access I have. Finally got there. Reported leaking tap in kitchen 3 times - got repaired on the last day. usually stay at the Merition in Adelaide st - Herschel seems tired and run down. Recepitonist was nice - but all a bit clunky

It is right across from Roma Station, very easy to get to from the airport via train. The check in and check out were a breeze. Walking distance to the shopping area and across the river to the South Bank area.

A real bonus. Ideal location for all tourist activities with the city being easily walkable but with all transport links on the doorstep. Plenty of good coffee shops and places to eat nearby. Excellent spacious facilities within the apartment making my stay a very comfortable and relaxing. It has the added advantage of a 20m swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and efficient ensuring that my overall stay was excellent.

Not clean enough. Hair in three rooms, had to ask for staff to attend to the drain smell and mould in bathroom. Stayed five nights - room ‘serviced’ once. Would not stay again

Great location and property. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars were no towels at the pool were available and the couch in the suite was uncomfortable. No reasons to not return, however, which I would do.
