This was the stingiest buffet breakfast in all my years of enjoying hotel breakfasts. All offerings meant for everyone to share were in very tiny bowls.Eg: The total amount of museli meant to be shared amongst all the guests was contained in a single breakfast bowl - so you only reasonably take a little spoonful not a bowl size amount. All stewed fruit was also served in very small containers. Yogurt was in one single size plate but meant to be shared. Shame on Novotel Brisbane Airport. I have had wonderful, generous breakfasts at other Novotels.

The hotel is only 6 minutes drive from the airport. The staff were friendly. The in room dining had great options and was reasonably priced. The room and its amenities however seems outdated.

we were blown away by the rooms and the resturant facilities and so close to the airport was a real bonus. Was a shame the pool was not open but Im sure the next time we come over it will be up and running again. We will definitely be back to stay here .

Grrat stay good location.
Hreat location for both airport and for wharf to get boat to moreton island. Room clean large and modern. Carpark under basement is tight. Breakfast ok range of items. When my daughter was upset that the pancake machine wasnt working i asked the waiter reece and he was great kindly gave her a stack and made her day. Great service from him.

I chose Novotel because i needed to catch an early international flight. Location was convenient, there's a Woolworths opposite the hotel and if you need a shopping fix the DFO is a 5 min walk. Stayed 1 night, fit my purpose.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the location. Walking distance to the DFO and just a short drive to the airport. Very convenient.

When serving a beer in a cracked glass do no just bring over an empty glass for me to pour the old beer into and then leave the cracked glass on the table. Food service was terrible but the manager was quick to handle the situation. Entrees were very nice I would like to of been able to rate the mains.

Pretty average
I was only there one night so didn’t get a real good feel for the place. My only gripe was that they don’t provide shower gel. A bit odd for a contemporary 4 star hotel. I have stayed at other Novotels and they do provide this. One good thing is that it is right near Brisbane DFO and a 24 hour Woolworths supermarket. I was taken aback by the $8 charge for the airport shuttle. For some reason I thought this would be a complimentary service. However, this service is also run by a third party provider so that would explain the charge. But it would have been good to know this prior. Overall, pretty basic for a 4 star.

Advertise a pool it’s 37 degree you get there pool empty and construction stuff laying everywhere also says minibar which is there but empty also , advertise 4.5 star but definitely needs reviewing in current state
