To answer your question, as we have limited on-site parking, we received a high volume of guest feedback advising people would be prepared to pay for a guaranteed on-site car park any time they arrive at the property. With this in mind, we found offering the bollard spaces advantageous to assist with this request. We still have some complimentary/no-bollard spaces (subject to availability) in addition to the street parking that isn't metered or restricted. I apologise for this pain-point during your stay and that this may have lead to your lower rating. Although our intentions in the past have been to assist our guests and accommodate as many cars on site as possible, we have agreed this has reached its breaking point. We recently negotiated an arrangement with the property next door to use their carpark as an overflow option, which will give us leverage to remove the acceptance of drive-way parking going forward. I genuinely appreciate your comments and feedback, and hope that we may have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future to experience a seamless carparking experience with your accommodation stay.
