An absolute treat
This was a last minute trip and as the hotel was quiet, we were lucky to be upgraded to a larger room. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The hotel is in a period building which has been creatively renovated. The lift is stunning. The room was gorgeous and tastefully curated with loads of luxe details including a pod coffee machine. The hotel is on the edge of the Brisbane CBD and super close to the Central station. There is a multi-storey car park opposite. We would definitely stay here again

The room was quite small and you could not open a window so under constant air-com. Ok for a short stay for one but when you have to work in your room, not really great for a business/work trip.

This property is not only special and unique, but takes you back to a bourgeois yesteryear. Highly recommend the double storey suites on the fourth floor. Stayed 2 nights and didn’t want to return to reality.

Extremely friendly staff. Chic cafe and bar at entrance. Room decor was nice. Bed and linen were the best I have slept on in a hotel for a long time - slept very well. Room was clean, Room was spacious with large windows and high ceilings. Bathroom had some light fluff on the floor and the toilet had a liquid stain around the toilet seat hinge. These things did not detract from my stay or experience, but are mentioned to explain the rating of 4/5 for cleanliness. I would happily stay again.

Everything from the entry to the bathrooms is bespoke. Elegant and just a little quirky - a tasteful mix of old worldly charm meets modern eclectic. Helpful, well spoken staff and a delicious array of nibbles and cocktails at the bar. We would absolutely stay here again.

A well-designed and thought-out boutique hotel, very comfy bed, great ambience, efficient and friendly service /staff, powerful shower, clean and will definitely stay again and for longer than a night. Great location above central train station for quick access for the air train and so close to the malls, CBD, Southbank, Citycat.
