Pros: the location
hard bed cold poor quality sheeting and towels and then they took 50.00 pounds out from my card to cover things but we did not have any extras so the money hopefully was put back into my bank account what a waist of paper work

Pros: Plenty of lifts, my wife has problems with stairs,it was warm, went in middle of Jan.
Cons: Mattress very very hard,although I never used mini gym bit like a fish bowl.
Location: Great location, great shopping close by
Bus stop outside hotel, bus station within easy walking distance. Staff very helpful,Great room, very clean,plenty tea coffee etc.Substantial breakfast. Can not comment on dinner ate out, easier.

Pros: The rooms, location and staff
Cons: the lifts!!
Location: you can walk to the shops and city centre and waterfront.
I enjoyed my stay and staff were very helpful. However, the lifts were a bit of a problem. First of all they didn't work! then, they would sometimes go down to street level when you pushed to go up. Also had to wait a long time for them and using the card was a bit of a hassle.

We had to wait nearly 11 hours for our connecting flight, booking this hotel was a great decision to make. Staff were friendly and helpful, got a top floor room with excellent view, bus station is a 5 minute walk, definitely will book again.

Pros: Clean & comfortable.Staff friendliness.
Cons: cooked breakfast.
Location: Difficult to find at first due to different post code.Lots of shops & restaurants neary.
Very difficult to find using hotel post code with sat nav.Had to ring hotel & found that we needed car park post code which was given & found hotel no problem.Hotel staff very friendly & very helpful.Food in restaurant good & tasty although cooked breakfast (bacon,& sausage) very undercooked.Bed very comfortable & enjoyed a very restful sleep.

NCP carpark £15 p/night on site. Breakfast average. Room small but well equipped. Bed very comfy. Not the prettiest part of town but easy to find and good for city centre
