The room was cold, the heat did not seem to work well. The bathroom tile was fridges and stayed wet for hours after showering. Had issues with the remote and the television.

I think we were the only renters. The free breakfast was a bowl of frosted flakes and glass of oj from a gallon jug.

Felt like I was robbed

I had to pay an additional 20.00 when I arrived to check in. I was told that it was for unforeseen losses like us taking the remote or towels and damages. I hope I get it back!

You get what you pay for. Comfortable bed. But not much else. Lack of knowledge on hotel staff.

Clean and comfortable for a Quick Stay

Pros: Comfy bed and coffee maker.
Cons: Update tv
Location: It's Bristol, TN. I'm from there...not very much to do. Usually just passing through to pick up/drop off my adult son
Got in very late, and the clerk seemed a little unhappy, but I probably would be too at 2:30 AM. We got held up for 2 hours by an accident. The room was clean and comfy, a bit dated, but perfect for a quick stay. The tv was a little fuzzy at first but warmed up and was good. Coffee maker, ironing board, and iron in room. Clean and working fridge & microwave.

Rhythm & Roots

Pros: Clean room. Low rates.
Cons: Better entrance to parking lot.
Location: Top of a hill with a decent view of the mountains.
Easy check-in and nice room. Straight shot to downtown, but not close enough to want to walk. Entrance to parking lot is confusing, but not bad once you figure it out. Will definitely consider staying there for next year's festival!

Stay away

Never again. "Are you going to cook in your room? There is a charge." The clerk meant there was a 20.00 charge to use the microwave in the room. Oh, there was a charge (20.00) if there was any food in the wastebasket. She wanted to verify my credit card, and while she had it, she swiped it and charged a 20.00 deposit that I doubt I will get back. Stay away. Oh, big sign in the lobby. Don't pick their flowers, 30.00 charge.
