Pros: Its convenience.
Cons: Not a fair question for a one night stay and using only one room, but the breakfasting could be improved ; although not appreciated by all.
Location: Excellent pub. with good food in local village
Adequate for a one night stay and convenient for Bristol airport. Breakfast very much a DIY job.

Leuke kleine bed and breakfest.Posted Sep 14, 2015
Midden in zeer mooie omgeving. Zeer rustig gelegen. Wel kleine kamer. Zelfbediening ontbijt in de grote keuken.

Potential, but disappointingPosted Aug 11, 2015
Cons: Septic system! Someone in the breakfast room. It's not really a bed and breakfast.
Upon arrival the place appears beautiful. It is old and quaint with a thatched-roof, and thick walls. However, the septic system is in need of repair so that really ruined it for us. The system backed up into our shower. We returned from dinner (which is difficult to find a place nearby) to walk into a room that smelled of sewer. We did finally get it resolved, but then it happened again the following morning. You can also smell the septic system when you are on the back patio (which by the way is in need of a sweep and some actual flowers in the beds). Oh, the wi-fi didn't work either.

Lovely quiet locationPosted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: The friendly staff
Location: The hotel is close to the airport but is overflown, so it's quiet. Clifton and Bristol are a easy 20 minute drive away.
We were in the area for a wedding. The staff were very helpful as we needed to book in early so we could change for the wedding.

Fairly goodPosted Jul 26, 2015
A lovely old building. Nice patio and garden area. The rooms are very small but clean, comfortable and in fitting with the building. We stayed 2 nights and the only staff we saw was a friendly cleaner one morning. Breakfast is help yourself to cereal, bread and croissants. Clear your own table, pile in the sink. The price made it a worthwhile place to stay but few tables and diy breakfast a bit odd. Parking is tight. Although shower was good size only a trickle of water at times.

OutstandingPosted Jul 15, 2015 on Hotels
Arrived a little earlier than anticipated and the service was excellent, shown to the room and around the premises. The room was amazing for the setting. On suite with a shower, Distant to the city which was perfect for us to get away. Would recommend and definitely re book again when visiting Bristol
