Needs massive help

The hotel was not at all what o expected. The staff was average and no help. The hotel was under construction and we were not told. The area has no attraction and the staff did not have name tags. Not a place I will visit ever again.

Little parking. Very dirty room carpet.

Very dirty and stained room carpet. Stains on bedspread. Slow draining bathroom sink.

Ugh!

Place smells like cat urine and heaven knows what else. Stained carpet throughout. The staff was very nice though and we were glad to be able to bring our dog.

Good for the price

Pros: Staff was very kind and friendly
Cons: Replace carpets, fix pool
Location: Typical shopping malls and restaurant's
I read many bad reviews before I arrived, yes it's an older hotel which needs renovating a nd upgrades, but come on people what do expect for the price, you get what you pay for. I found the staff to be very friendly and courteous, the room was very clean and comfortable, the food was good, for the price. You get what you pay for!

When I first checked in the room they gave me was bad. The floor was stained and it stank. I had asked for a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke with a perfume mixture. I went down stairs and brought it to their attention and they had me change rooms. It was an overall good experience and they fixed the problem. There was also a $50 non refundable deposit for the dog we had, They should not only update information about the hotel but the rooms as well.

Would not stay at this location again

The hotel is far over priced for the condition. Our lock on the door was broken along with our shower handle. The TV is mounted on the wardrobe and can only be seen from one bed. On the plus side, friendly staff and comfortable beds.
