I am not making this up. We had a bad experience last year and thought we would try your brand again. Front entrance did not have a self opening door. Hard to pull handle and handle luggage at same time. Handicap room was outside main entrance. Door would not open. Constant red lite. Clerk said battery was dead and did not know how to change battery. Gave us another room that smelled. TV did not work. Had to move stand to plug in. Travelling with drugs that had to be kept cool. Fridge was not plugged in. Went to call front desk, line was dead. Had to find cord and plug it in. The towel that was drapped over bathtub was soaking wet. A/C was on when entering room. Turned on heat, but kept cycling on and off. Not condusive to sleeping. Will not be choosing Super Eights again. I guess you get what you pay for. Are there not basic standards for housekeeping, like making sure everything works. I hope you reply to this email. Can you offer gift cards to any of your other brands?

The top part of the fitted sheet and mattress pad kept coming off when sleeping, it did not fit right. There were a few little blood stains in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom was broke looked like tissues or something were pushed into,the middle of it. It was very noisy, starting at about 3:30 in the morning we kept hearing what sounded like the water for a shower turning on and off for like an hour and a half so it was hard to sleep. The front desk woman was very nice.

The staff that we dealt with were extremely freindly and very helpfull The roomlpoked like someone went o the dumps and grabbed 3 different sets of cabinets and just threw them up on the wall the refrigerator was disgusting at best the windows were sealed shut with metal duct tape to try and prevent the cold from comming in

Well, to be fair, you get what you pay for. We weren’t expecting a 5 star place. Bad -floors in the bathrooms were… ick. -no coffee maker. -the linens and pillows were clean, but just felt 20 years old. -The bed felt hard, but I’m a sissy. -Bathroom door was broken. Good -staff was awesome. -had a Microwave/fridge. -Shower pressure was fantastic and plenty of hot water. -Bathtub was real clean.

Do not stay here. We were traveling with friends who arrived first and had to change their reservation due to blood stains on the walls, stains on the couch, and dirt and bugs in the bed. Hotel staff was not understanding or accommodating to issue a refund. We are currently contacting Super 8 Corporate and our bank to dispute the charges.

Over $400 for 2 nights was ridiculous! The room at best was worth $70. It was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, there were other issues as well. Wouldn’t not recommend this hotel! Wish I could post the pics I took to back my complaints up

First and foremost the lady who checked us in was not a bit friendly. She wrote down the wrong room number on our key so it wouldnt work. I go straight back down to tell her, and he response was "when did u check in?", like what? She lost my paperwork in 3 minutes so i had to sign more! We intitially booked 2 nights but left on the first morning. Beds were really uncomfortable and the water in the sink was brown! Will not be staying at that particular super 8 ever again.

The air conditioner was broken and from the looks of it, this is not a surprise, and the staff did not seem surprised, but provided no solutions. There was no screen so we couldn't open the window. It was not warm outside but it was definitely around 80 degrees in our room. We requested a fan which sort of helped.

Very good stay for the price !
The lady at the front desk hardly spoke and seemed to be confused or dis-oriented. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Tub drain worked as it should and plenty of hot water.

On check in I was informed that no hot water was available for my stay. Parking lot had broken glass at severe places. Beer bottles or cars broken into. Could not tell for sure. Filling a little unsafe.

After hVing a horrible check in at the Red Roof Inn, one exit down, we were so VERY HAPPY to have our check in by Amanda be all we hoped for. The Red Roor prompted us a wheelchair accessible room and i would not have been able to enter the bathroom at all. Amanda made the promise that she was able to keep. I prefer a roll in shower but she advised that she could only accommodate with a bath bench. I am an amputee of my leg so of course I can not get up and walk. After not only did the other place not have a room that would work for me, they refused to cancel the reservation ans would not refund my prepayment. Needless to say we were very frustrated. When we arrived ar our Super 8 reservation we were greeted by Amanda, who offered an apology for our treatment, which was not her place but she felt someone needed to show show some compation. Everything she had promised on the phone she delivered. We were both very happy with every aspect of our stay including our room, the property and most of all our service. We are buy a home a couple of states away and will need to make several trips back and forth so needless to say we will be a loyal customer to our Super 8 on each trip.please feel welcome to share this review with the owner of this property as they should know how we feel about their motel and their amazing employee. ^ people at the inn and I was placed on the tird floor with no elevator. Toilet plugged up and the phone didn't work. Had to go back downstairs to check on the wifi password because his printing was poor.
