This is my go to stay when I come to Bristol once a month! Rooms are affordable and the rooms and hotel itself are great for the price. It's a no frills hotel but they do have a fridge and microwave and everything you would need, just don't expect much more than.a room. Also the staff are super nice and friendly

This place is awful. Wifi cuts in and out constantly, floors are dirty and were never replaced post water damage, room is very small, mattress was ancient with coils that dug into our back. Owner was nice but talked endlessly without any sense of how tired an arriving guest might be. Total rip-off.

The high rating for this hotel is not accurate. This is an average hotel. Floor was buckled, toilet seat too small, bed soft, fixtures old but functional. Only coffee in the lobby. OK for a quick overnight, but I wouldn't pay more than $80.

Hotel room was great for a short stay for a wedding. Close enough to get around Bristol and the area easily while being far enough away to be affordably priced. AC unit was loud, but thankfully able to be turned off after the room cooled down. Bed was comfortable. Bare bones accomodations, but the price was right. Staff was friendly. Nice stay.

When I went to check in and used my card it declined thank God I checked with my online banking cause the hotel was paid they were going to turn me away with my handicap husband in a wheelchair😡 the situation was taken care of when I showed that my bank paid for the room!!!! Another issue was the price when I booked it said $64.00 dollars I was charged $84.99 with tax it was a $100.54 dollars, why say one price and charge another to the consumer very bad for business!!!!!

The property charged over $250/night, the room was in poor condition (vinyl floor peeling up, shower needed calking, entire facility needed a remodel). The room was not made up on any day (4 night stay). Generally, an old run-down facility that over charged for the quality of the facility and the service provided. Do not stay here. Go some place else.

I arrived a little early and was able to check in. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The area around was quiet and several fast food restaurants are within 2 blocks. Access to I-81 is very easy and a 24 hour gas station is 100 yards away. The room was clean and comfortable and wi-fi worked well.

Hard to find.
Apparently the city is in the middle of renumbering the street. The address listed on hotels.com and confirmed by the desk clerk by phone now belongs to a vacant lot. This was frustrating after a long day on the road, especially after the clerk insinuated the city was wrong and we were stupid. According to the hotels.com page, the hotel has an elevator. IT DOESN'T. Because of the hotel's design, there may not be any ground level rooms. Or maybe there weren't any available. But we're in our 70's and it's no fun dragging baggage up and down stairs.

It was ok for sleeping at night. No breakfast, no elevator. Was clean. The bed is smaller than a queen size, and it was not too comfortable. The pillows were very uncomfortable, I had a headache the next morning. Overall, it was fine.

My wife panicked when she found a lady bug on her pillow. The back door doesn't latch. Not sure I'd feel safe if a single woman traveling alone. The bed was comfortable. The place was quiet. I got a good night sleep for a very reasonable rate.
