Smelled of mildew

Toilet not attached to floor. Holes in walls. Air conditioner extremely noisy. Furniture missing. No coffee available. Remote didn't turn tv on. Water was black when first turned on. Three floors no elevator.

I have a high tolerance for poor conditions. I saw the other reviews and thought "oh c'mon, that doesn't sound so bad." But nah. ''Twas gross. The carpet was soggy, the furniture surfaces were sticky, the room smelled putrid, and just yuck. At the very least the sheets were clean.

Good room for the price. Manager was super nice. We had a little trouble with the first room and the manger was quick to fix it.

Would never stay here again

Pros: Nothing really except that the front desk staff were very pleasant.
Cons: The carpet was sticky, eww. Dead bug under the phone when I moved it and some icky thing on the floor. Hard uncomfortable bed, awful pillows.
Location: Some restaurants very close.
I hate to give bad reviews; I really do. But I also feel a need to be honest for the sake of other travelers spending their hard-earned money without being excessively critical...just honest. The staff were very friendly. I had a long drive from Ontario to take my son back home to Bristol and was dead tired. I arrived at the hotel late and the staff was still up to check me into my room. When I say I arrived late, I mean it was around 10PM. When I left at 6AM the next morning, I noticed there was a note on the counter saying they would be back at 9AM. Now, if I had arrived and hadn't been able to check into my room, I would have been livid. If you're going to run a hotel, it's my opinion you need to let the guests in whenever they arrive. I know I've been delayed by traffic and unexpected conditions before myself. The room was overpriced for its condition and lacked what I deem to be essentials for the price I paid. After driving all day and a very quick dinner, I was thirsty and there were NO CUPS at all in the room. No cups, no ice bucket, no coffee maker, no hair dryer. The towels were thin and one was stained...in my book a big no-no--it looked to me to be a blood stain. I didn't use it, needless to say. The TV was passable, worked okay, but the front light in the entrance was out. The two things I require, though--cleanliness and comfort--are what I took issue with. There were several hairs, for me a deal breaker for future stays.

Old with no breakfast, roach and sting bug in room

Location: We where just passing through, could fine somewhere to eat very near by.
Very old room, it was clean but we had a roach come in so that made me feel like it was not so clean and also a stink bug in our room. My dad and little boy went out to put something in the van the next morning and a cat ran in and followed them upstairs and into our room. Of course my little boy loved the cat and begged to take him with us, lol. One thing I did not need to deal with on vacation was a child begging for another animal. We stayed in 4 motels over 4 days. This was the cheapest and worst. we only paid $5.00 more for the best. Paid way to much for another, so looking at everything on our trip, I guess it could have been worse.

Horrible location / stay away

There were no amenities / bad towels / and large "stink" bugs in beds and bathroom. The pillows were of a poor quality and the beds were hard. There were feral cats outside. I would never stay at this chain again.

It's an old hotel desperately in need of renovation which it appears to be getting started on the lower floors. It lacks any type of breakfast and while the staff is nice and helpful, they lack professionalism. The entire place needs a thorough cleaning.

Didn't clean room during the day when we were out. ZERO MAID SERVICE Trash all around the property! Did not bring clean towels! When I go back I need to find a better place. I went to Bristol for the race weekend and feel that I got a $29 room for $200 just because they new you had to have it. No effort for the money they charge!!!
