It was a weekend get away for us. We went the second weekend in August and there were a handful of people staying at the hotel. It was quiet and we hardly saw anyone, had the beach primarily to ourselves. But overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the cabana we stayed was very nice. We had a great time and I would recommend checking it out.

We only stayed for one night because we just took a day trip from our stay in St. John. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The manager called us a Safari truck to give us a tour of the island. Bouncer, our driver, was great! We spent 9 hours on and off the truck and whenever we called him, he was there. He made our visit.
It's a nice place if you want to go and stay there for a few days or a week. Not really a lot in town except for souvenir shops. It's quite a distance so you need to hire a cab every time you go out.

VIP customer service throughout our stay. Beautifully landscaped grounds and beaches. Lots to do on the island. Staff is friendly and ready to take care of every need. Excursions were pricey, we found cheaper through ferry services of other islands.

The hotel is older and the location a little out of the way. But the room on the beach was amazing. Love being able to open the patio door and step onto the beach. The restaurant has delicious food. The staff is wonderful. I would absoluetly come back here.

Even before we checked in, Kasha had helped us rent a Jeep and answered tons of questions for us. We stayed at the Island Oasis and it was such a relaxing place to return to each evening. All the staff, including those at the Sugarcane restaurant and front office always greeted us with a smile and were extremely professional. Anything we needed during our stay, they were only a phone call away and resolved issues quickly. The view from our balcony was breathtaking and the pool/jacuzzi was only a short walking distance away. Near the pool were lounge chairs where we relaxed after already relaxing days in the sun and enjoyed a mixed drink from the bar (reasonable prices) as well as our books. The cleaning staff made our room like new each day and that was a welcome relief to come home to each day. My wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon and we didn't feel like we were staying at a resort, but rather our own private island getaway. There's a gorgeous beach a stone throw's away that offered privacy, seclusion, tide pools, boulders, and kayaks/palm overhangs with beach chairs. Felt like we had our own private beach. The drive back to the villa was awe inspiring and showed off God's handiwork. I will recommend Nail Bay resorts to everybody I come into contact with, and will look forward to staying with them again in the future. 10 out of 10!
