So close to time square but… one elevator that works with a big hotel line that. My door reader for the key card didn’t work 3 times so had to go back down. The phone In The hallway to call downstairs didn’t work. The front desk staff is rude to delivery people. The wall paper in the room is also coming off the walls everywhere. But you are very close to time square and they do have cool bunk bed rooms for kids.

Every single person went beyond to take care of my needs, from the night crew to the morning and afternoon staff The Mexican door man was super nice and friendly. He advised on places to go and even reserved a limousine a la Trump Well worth the extra money to get to la guardia I can’t say enough will book for end of June

This was my first time at 45 Times Square but it will not be my last. The room was impeccable, beautifully decorated and very quiet. My only regret was not being able to stay longer. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again soon.

This was such a cute, convenient find within a half a block from times square. The twin bed room was perfect for a girls weekend. All the staff was amazing and helpful.

The staff here are amazing! Helpful and friendly and always with a smile. We asked for some water and towels to be brought to our room and it arrived within 3 minutes!!

I stayed here alone. A southern woman who just picked this place randomly online. It was AMAZING! The entire staff was friendly and quite humorous. I adored every one of them. I would stay here again and again.

Minimal hotel facilities and surprise extra fees are the norm for this property. Bathrooms have no doors, there is minimal lighting and furniture in the room, and no other facilities like bar or restaurant etc. Just a room and a bed.

The rooms are smaller which is to be expected. They charge a resort fee which to me is kinda stupid just incluse that in the price so people know how much it is total right away. The bed was decent not the worst not the best. The bathroom was probably my favorite part. The shower was nice and big but the water was touchy lol hot then cold cold then hot. Elevator was a wait here and there but nothing to get worked up over. Vending machines were out of order that kinda sucked. The noise level outside was loud but its down town new york thsts to be expected as well. Over all nice hotel for the money. I would stay here again.

Very cool hotel. Also very accommodating in allowing us to drop off our bags off when we got into town well before check in. The triple rooms with the bunk are eclectic!
