Room was clean. Could here people talking at night. The TV in the bedroom did not work. The breakfast was good

The only thing i encountered was at the time i checkup they don't find my name in the system and they give me the receipt with someone name and different address i going tho the breakfast room i check my final receipt and the receipt show different name after that take about ten minute to fix thank you

Nice, comfortable rooms. Clean, good water pressure in the shower, free breakfast with some warm items. Great for getting rest, the area is quiet and the rooms are well insulated-we did not hear any neighbors. Staff was friendly and kept everything running smooth.

Grace helped my family everyday! She was very accommodating with the guest when they would arrive for breakfast. I highly recommend her and the kitchen staff! She's very welcoming and pleasant.

The property in general looks nice and new. The room was clean, but some of the conveniences in the room are a bit old and run down - there is not enough light in the kitchenette area, the carpets are starting to fray, air conditioner in the room was very loud, even when it is turned off, it is still making a loud noise..

I liked the property. My mother was not happy because she said the room smelled like a cat. I did not notice.

The only thing that I would change is we asked about why out cable was out. We were told someone would come look at it but no one came.

Pros: Decent hotel with great breakfast. Cons: Facilities could use some updating. Our door handle broke and someone got trapped in the bedroom (thankfully an adult and not a child). Additionally, the pull out mattress is not at all comfortable long-term, but tolerable for 1 night.

Our family stayed here for one night and it was a seamless and comfortable stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I didn’t like the feather pillows, but that it just my personal taste. The showers had great pressure and the plumbing all worked great. The breakfast that was included in the roommate was a typical buffet style and had something for everyone and there was free tea/coffee in the lobby. We enjoyed the pool and especially the hot tub. The pool was slightly cooler than I would have liked, but it was fine since we went between the hot tub and the pool and didn’t spent a long time in one place. The hot tub was the cherry on top for me. I always try to book a place with a hot tub because I enjoy them so much and this once was working great and was nice and hot. Overall a great stay and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice property and comfortable! Welcome staff who worked the evening and night shift on Sunday 5/21/23 were very friendly and accommodating. Morning staff on Monday 5/22/23 didn’t provide the same hospitality unfortunately. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay overall.
