Dirty room.

Pros: Breakfast is good.
Cons: The room was dirty, towels were too used and the mattress too old.
Front desk was fine but the room was disappointing.

Last minute search for hotel in brockville

Pros: interior was fairly well renovated. breakfast was adequate (day 1 bacon/sausages waffles, hardboiled eggs, etc - day 2 no meats but all the other ...
Cons: cleaning could have been better. cleaning staff did not get it when we pulled drawer out because drawer could not be closed. Screw on track issue
Location: location was technically east of town on hwy 2. About 7 minutes away from downtown. Fairly pricey for where the hotel was located
Looks like a 50s type motel but fairly nicely renovated inside. Needs some TLC, cleaning could be better, drawer slide needed to be fixed as drawer could not slide in without protruding. Beds were nice and firm. A bit outside downtown Brockville but small town so only 7 minutes or so away.

A 1960's motel.

Pros: - price - breakfast included - get there early! - lovely staff (we only saw two and 1/2)
Cons: - catches on bathroom window - weatherstripping under the door - floor washed
Location: - Aquaterrium - Museum - Library
While it's obvious that upgrades are in progress in parts of the hotel, our room wasn't currently among them. Bedding and towels were clean and fresh but the room itself needed a good old fashioned "sprucing-up" - floor, walls and all. When I sneezed and the person next door said "bless you", we realized that the walls weren't exactly soundproof either. We'll check back in a couple of years and see how the upgrades have progressed but until then.......

I had an amazing stay at this small hotel. Rooms are very clean and fresh. Hardwood floors. New washroom. Place was spotless

Àn older property. Reasonably well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff on check in and at breakfast. Although supposedly non-smoking, the mattresses smelt of smoke OR the bed linen had been washed with items from a "smoking" room. As my wife and I are smoke sensitive, it was not as pleasant a stay as it could have been. Would recommend an update of bathroom fittings and more comfortable chairs.

Great service on the St. Lawrence river!

The staff here is courteous, professional and very efficient - the breakfast attendant was terrific! The room was clean and, the beds are very comfortable.

It was a quick stay for a family funeral. The only issue we noticed was that there was no fan in the bathroom. Hmm, a bit awkward!
