I want my money back!

Checked in around 4pm. Had to drive to get food and snacks. Parking super tight, not a lot of space. We went to bed a little after 11pm. To my awful surprise we were awoken up a lilttle after 1am to super loud music, banging on the floor and walls, mutlple people arguing all from the room next door. Management pretended not to know and the people next door continued to be extremely rowdy. We couldn't take it anymore and left waaaay before check out, we left approx. 3:45 in the morning and slept in car cause that day we had to rest for a long 8 hour drive. We asked for a refund or even half, but Luis refused, we asked for his supervisor/manager and Luis made excuses of when he'll available and he claimed no number available to give us to contact management. We were totally disappounted and exhausted Saturday. We will never book this place again. I believe it shouldn't be considered for travelers/tourists, it should be a place for veeery low class nightlife or party going spot. Due to the issues, we ended up eating breakfast elsewhere. We are currently still trying reach management to voice this madness and be refunded. Smh!
