Unfournately night clerk put another room on my credit card plus 100.00 deposit, even though I used your company. It caused some bank issues for me because 3 100.00 deposits went on my card but it took a couple of days to go back on!! Wasn't real happy.

I am sorry about the inconvenience. We do charge for a deposit and you get that back when you check out I will speak to the front desk agent about double charging. Hope you try us again in the future Front desk manager Ashley Jarrell
