I liked the hotel breakfast. It had eggs, sausage, all sorts of muffins, bagels and breads, cereals, oatmeal with lots of options for toppings and waffles. The coffee was really good too. The room was nice although it had a strange smell. My room had 2 beds plus a couch that had a pull out twin bed under it. The twin mattress was quite thin and probably best suited for a child. I did sleep on it though and it was comfortable enough. It was nice to have the extra bed since we had 3 adults in our group.

I was very disappointed in our stay considering it's a Marriott branch hotel. When we arrived check in was a breeze, BUT when we got to our room I was appalled. URINE was on top and under the toilet seat in our bathroom and the bed appeared to not have been freshly made. It looked as if the last person there slept on one side of the bed so housekeeping just tried to tighten up the used side. When I pulled the sheets back they didn't look dirty, but I did find a long hair under the pillows. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, the front desk staff told us that housekeeping was gone for the night and that the only room they had available was a smaller room. However, we were not offered any compensation to downgrade our space. We didn't even receive an apology for the inconvenience. I literally had to go back to the downstairs lobby to use the rest room until I could figure out our next step. Finally, the front desk staff said she would come up and clean the room herself if her manager watched the desk. The manager said she couldn't leave the desk and that the only thing we could do was to move to the smaller room or stay where we were. So I asked for cleaning supplies because I didn't want a smaller room. Then MAGICALLY, a room directly under us that was the same size was available. SMH. It smelled fresh and was obviously cleaner than the last. However, the mini fridge was dirty and there were 2 small blood stains on the bathroom floor and wall. You be the judge!

Overall ok but not in comparison to a lot of other Springhills I have stayed in; perhaps because an older one. They indicated they had done some remodeling with better pull out beds which was great but bathrooms very outdated. Fan ran in sane as light switch and most annoying was how far toilet paper was from toilet seat. Almost had to get up to reach it. Staff however in all areas were great! Made you feel very welcomed. Good location to get to most places!

This hotel was nice and clean, my only complaint was addressed the next day, when I asked that my sheets be changed due to not smelling that fresh, they were changed and everything else was good.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, the room was large with kitchen , two TV, clean and cousy. Tha pool was good and clean. The welcome coffee with cookies so frish, Tha breakfast was vary abd so good.... I will go there again..Thanks

False Fire Alarm went off at 3am and wasn't resolved until after 5am. Staff not capable of resolving the issue until techs arrived and didn't appear to be familiar with their own facility systems

Stayed 3 nights. Day two my room was not cleaned with no valid explanation given.
