“Security outside doors were propped open and did not lock. Carpeting and stairs on hallways was dirty not vacuumed, room smelt musty went to open up window to get fresh air no screens on the windows. There were three dogs and dog kennels in a trailer outside our room that 3 dogs barked all night called front desk to complain. Nothing was done. There was one light blanket besides a sheet on the bed went to look in the closet for extra blanket and was none.”

“When we checked, the staff were not wearing anything indicating that they were part of the hotel staff as they were wearing regular clothes. After we had checked in, we went to our room. We did not have hand soap in the room nor did they have any in stock on the property. The pool was closed as they did not have the proper cleaning supplies to clean the pool. They did not had very little to offer for breakfast and the same goes for coffee. The vending machines were mostly empty.”
