Nothing special. Room was old and had a funny smell. Staff not that friendly. Gym and pool areas might need to be renovated. Breakfast was regular. Only outstanding thing was wifi (always good signal)

Stay was good but the hotel charged an extra 100 brazilean reals claiming its an extra fee for cleaning the room. First time this kind of an experience in decades of business travel.

My only hesitancies are two fold. First, the hotel is close to the Sao Paulo city airport...NOT the international airport. This should be noted more conspicuously as I became misled. To my surprise (at a very inconvenient time) that I simply could not take the hotel shuttle from GRU to the hotel...at all! Second, as I commented on the hotel's survey card, my only other suggestion is that no one come and knock on our door to check the status of our mini-fridge to be replenished. Privacy was our goal and instead, I would recommend that the hotel call instead of just showing up as they did each day. Thank you
