Cold staff

Stayed at a number of places in sp, staff here a bit cold and robtic, other places better with faster response time to needs.

Perfect Hotel for your Business or leisure trip

The best hotel among all the Hotels I stayed so far in Sao paulo . The rooms are clean and spacious . The staff are friendly .

In a goid area of the city for business

Location: There is a shopping center 3 blocks away. It is on the small side considering others in the city
Found breakfast on the expensive side for the items served in the buffet

The staff was great, the room was exactly what I wanted and great fitness center. My only issue was I reserved one night and was going to stay for a second night at same rate as I was told there was plenty of availability and to just contact Hotels.com in the morning to extend. When I did that rate doubled. It is nobodies fault really both the Hyatt sales lady and they Hotels.com customer service person tried to help, but not much could be done. So I had to leave my conference early and come back to the hotel to check and then check back into another hotel. I don't know if there is some way to alert Hotel.com gold members or Hyatt members that the room rate is going to jump or availability is limited, but that would be helpful...

Clean modern and comfortable. Excelent breakfast. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

This hotel has a serious problem of communication with its guests. I checked in on Jan 18 for the club reservation for which I paid close to $ 300 versus a regular reservation out of the club that I did the past few months for almost half the price. When I checked in the person who helped me failed to ask me if I had a car which I did and also and most importantly, failed to advise me that I was supposed to have breakfast at the club facilities. I came down to the main lobby area for breakfast and when I checked out there was a charge of over R$ 164 for breakfast for two. I had to tell the lady that I had paid for the club with breakfast so that she would wake up and realize that the breakfast charge was not supposed to be there. In other words this club reservation makes no sense at all.
