“I booked a stay to recover from a knee surgery. We intentionally booked an extra night the day before to swim in the pool since I couldn’t swim after surgery. At no time during booking or check in that the pool is being used all day by the British Swim School. We walked in no one acknowledged us or welcomed us addressed us. “Strange elevator system where you can only go to floor 4 to get a second elevator up to the rooms, but wasn’t completely awful if you made sure to leave some commute time to get up and down.”

We had a one bedroom suite with a sitting area, and soon discovered there was no central air conditioning, just a window unit that didn't ventilate the sitting area where one of the guests were sleeping. And the sofa bed had trash and debris under the mattress.
