Updated, convenient & pet-friendly

Spent 3 nights here with two teenage daughters and our border collie during a college road trip. Julie at the front desk was pleasant, welcoming, and kind. This is not a large hotel, therefore the lobby is small & cozy to match. It is updated and decorated well - as was our room. The wood floors throughout our suite were a nice touch. The room was clean and well designed - functional and cute. I feel like I received good value for my money. There is a small dog area adjacent to the parking lot. It is convenient for those early morning or late night puppy bathroom runs. For longer walks try one of the Cleveland metroparks. There are several close by and they are gorgeous. The area is safe and the parking lot well lit. There is also shopping & plenty of restaurants all around the hotel. Also, it is literally right off the interstate. The free breakfast is a portable one as there is no dining area. It is a coffee cart style offering with muffins, oatmeal and granola bars. It isn't filling but was a nice start to the day - and the granola bars came in handy for snacks later in the day. We had a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Great location for a comfortable hotel

Pros: I´ve come to this hotel several times. It has a great location as it´s close to where we to go and in the area we invest in
Cons: There is no room for a cafeteria, this hotel just does the job
Location: Close to the highway, restaurants, Walmart, gas stations
Just one night this time. Not much to say, the bed was comfortable which is a big plus. Clean room and bathroom. Room had a fridge and a stove so it´s perfect for someone who wants to cook or store food in the fridge. Decent size TV and free Wi-Fi.

Nice accommodations, Bad odor! The rooms did Not smell clean and tidy. Bed sheets (top covers) we're worn. The room smelled like smoke, old musty cologne and other Aromas I'll leave to your imagination.. Nice Staff. The rooms really need to be updated.

Stay somewhere else

Familiar with the chain and use it often when I travel for business. Based off of my stay at this location, I will not be staying at Extended Stay America hotels again. The location is convenient, but there are other hotels in the area that I wish I would have looked into before setting up a reservation here.

The facility itself was not bad or good...simply adequate. The employees were less than helpful and anything but customer oriented.

The hotel was very basic, which was fine. My only real complaint is that there were fruit flies in the room. The carpets were stained and need to be replaced

This Hotel was close to the City and Lake Erie

Pros: They give you all soap shampoo,tawel Pillow,everything I felt Like in My Home,is My First time Sleep at the Hotel,and felt like home.
Cons: Hot Beakfast,and Lunch and The Price at the Hotel a litle Hight.
Location: There is resturant,gastation close to the Hotel,the city is close,and lake Erie nice view,also store like walmart is close,just set your GPS & go.
The Staf are Friendly and alway's at the desk if you are in need of anything.
