The service was okay but the size of the room was just too small

Great location.

Posted Nov 17, 2017
This hotel is in a great location in Brooklyn, however it lacks amenities, such as a refrigerator or microwave. The rooms are very small, but the bed was comfortable in spite of the dirty bedspread. The staff is the best thing about this hotel, they are willing help in anyway if possible.

Nice, clean, and great location

New facility with friendly staff and clean rooms. Location is great. As with most smaller hotel rooms are little but clean and modern. Valet available as parking is nonexistent although slow so give yourself time when Car is needed.

Boutique-type hotel in Brooklyn NY

Posted Nov 5, 2017
Pros: It's just a nice place to stay for quick trips.
Cons: The property is beginning to show it's age. Small lights attached to headboard no longer work, etc
Location: Lots of places to eat/drink/shop
Located an a one-way street that seems perpetually constricted due to surrounding construction projects, the hotel is a good place for a quick stay if you need to be in the area. There is a Sheraton directly across the street with a Starbucks, which is convenient. The hotel has a bar/restaurant attached.

Cute and Comfy!

This place was super cute, the staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the rooms were comfy. There are lots of places walking distance from the hotel like Planet Fitness, Target, and Trader Joe's. I would stay here again for sure!

Very helpful, friendly staff. Convenient location and despite all of the construction going on it was surprisingly quiet. The only downside was the slow elevators.

Second Time

Posted Sep 22, 2017
Pros: Great staff.
This is my second time staying here. First time I absolutely hated it due to the size of the room. This time I opted for a king size bed, and the room was larger and more comfortable. I also requested a quieter room, and was given one on the 18th floor, which isolated me nicely from street noise.

Hard to find

Posted Sep 18, 2017
Pros: The staff was polite
Cons: better linens and cleaning
Location: Dekalb market is a great place to eat, lots of choices
Almost walked right by the hotel it is so hidden. Not sure the sheets were changed from the last guest, the pillows smelled really bad. There was mold and mildew in the shower. The noise level was high even for New York. There was no pole in the closet to hang clothes on. No glasses in the room to drink from.
