Hotel was going through remodel. Rooms were updated. Bed was not the best. The parking lot had massive pot holes.

Check in staff was unfriendly. Hotel was average but a little run down. Rooms were the same. The sheets had a lot of human hair in them had to get new ones. Breakfast area was nice. When we mentioned to the staff about the sheets she barked at us that it was in the notes to the manager. Will have a hard time staying at a LaQuinta again.

I would like to apologize on behalf of my Front Desk Employee because that is not how we at LaQuinta Inn & Suites Minneapolis Northwest treat our guests and I will be talking with this Front Desk Employee myself and I also will be talking with the Housekeeping Department and having a meeting about how we expect our rooms to look. We are remodeling at the moment and we hope it will be completely finished by the end of May. I would like to see if I can give you an incentive to have you come back so you can see just how a LaQuinta is supposed to be and I guarantee I will make sure myself that your room is exactly the way it should be. Please give us a call and ask to speak to the General Manager.

Stayed here for just over 2 weeks. It's a great hotel, it's clean and the staff are friendly. No complaints.

the hotel was renovating at the time. limited parking, pool closed, wifi hit or miss. clean rooms, fresh paint and new furnishings.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how your stay was. I will be calling the internet company to come out and take a look at the Wi-Fi to see if there is something going on with it. The pool hours are 9am to 10pm I am sorry you did not get a chance to enjoy the pool.

Just ok

Room was very small with only a flimsy pocket door separating toilet/shower room from main room. One of the bed bases was very unsteady and extremely wobbly. There was a spotlight right outside our window shining in through the gaps of the curtains.

I apologize your stay was not what we had hoped it would be. We are remodeling the entire hotel and everything will be replaced in the bathrooms and the bathrooms will be a little larger. We do have room darkening curtains on the windows to help with any light coming in.

Old needs major updating Every time it was cleaned it was saturated in antiseptic smell, ugh! Also rug damp with bare feet. Yuk!!!

Hotel was dated. Other Laquinta's have provided a better experience.

Bad Choice!!!

Apparently they are in stages of modernization. We were in a room that was just awfull and considering that it was super bowl week the pricing was outrageous!! I spent the last part of my stay at a Hilton and I thought I was in a 5 Star hotel by comparison.
