The room was nice. Hotel was under construction, as the were updating some rooms. The one negative was the breakfast. It was subpar.

Very beautiful lobby, good breakfast. No hot water to have a shower on the first night, but after was normal. Hotel was in renovation

Well needed renovations underway

Pros: Location
Cons: Needs to be updated. Renovations currently in progress. Hopefully will update rooms.
Location: Mad Jacks pub and grill very close. Excellent food and atmosphere.
Great location for a quick stop heading home to Canada.

We are in the middle of remodeling right now in the rooms. Everything will be replaced in the rooms as well as carpet, tiles and paint. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay.

OK at best

My major problem with the Hotel was I stayed for five nights, the room was only cleaned once. They asked me daily would you like your room cleaned, I would say yes, and yet it was only cleaned once.. Had to go to the front desk to get clean towels, soap, and shampoo. Very disappointing.

I will be looking into this with the Housekeeping manager because if you didn't have the DND sign on the door then it should have been done and I will be making sure I find out why it wasn't don't because we do not tolerate that sort of behavior from the housekeepers. Thank you for letting me know.

Hotel has gone down hill.

Coffee maker in room not working. Coffee in lobby shower hard to operate.

I am sorry you feel the hotel has down hill but we are completely remodeling the entire hotel where EVERYTHING will be brand new. I apologize that your coffee maker was not working if you had called the front desk we would of replaced it immediately. Thank you for letting us know how your stay was.

Unfortunately we did not have a pleasant experience. Our room was very out dated and not clean, and we could hear the people who's room was right next to us. The lobby was newly renovated and nice and the staff was friendly, but unfortunately we would not stay here again.

Hotel needs remodeling and better management. Cleanliness and conditions were marginal. Outside of hotel is excellent. Problem is the interior. D

Renovations underway are badly overdue

Pros: Remodeled lobby and breakfast area
Cons: Most everything in the rooms and hallways
Location: Good location with lots of things nearby by car, but not by foot.
Very disappointing La Quinta brand experience. This owns one of the worst I've ever stayed at.

Good place to stay. Price was good. Central to medical centre checking-in was quick. Rings pretty quiet.

Nothing fancy, just clean and a convenient location. Friendly staff and didn't have any lines to wait in.
