Rooms seem to be update and are spacious. However, there really is no storage for clothes or toiletries in the bathrooms. The showers head is awful.

Leslie Rudolph welcomed us to the Hampton Inn with the professionalism of a big five star hotel. We will definitely be making a return visit, we have family near, it’s very convenient.

It took the clerk over an hour to get us into a room. The initial room had bugs on the beds!!! The manager declined to speak with us. We demand a refund!!!

A nice property that seems well-taken care of. Not in the center of things by any means, but there's a shopping plaza across the road with a Mexican restaurant, and a few other hotels. Just off the expressway as well. We had grandkids with us & it was hard keeping them quiet in the room - ceilings were kind of high and it seemed like there was an echo. They had a pack-n-play all set up for us when we arrived, which was nice, and the breakfast offerings were varied and tasty.

Over all it's excellentexperience. If we have some more breakfast options for vegetarians, it would be best hotel. Cleanliness is awesome.

The check in process was quick and my room was very clean. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets and fluffy pillows.

Says check in at 3pm Room not ready until close to 4 pm Says pet friendly but doesn't say 75.00 cost per night for little dog. After they charged my credit card had to search before I could find extra for pet. Noisy elevator could here in room all night.

Very disappointed about Hilton allowing any room to be able to have animals in. My husband & I have animal allergies, our first room smelt really bad so we asked for a different room the smell was less potent but sill there luckily we were traveling & had our air purifier with us & used that, but by morning I was sneezing. Not sure if we will stay in another Hilton 🙁🙁

Disappointing facility
I specifically booked it for the pool and it was closed by the county for being green. There was a water leak from the ceiling interrupting our sleep, but nothing could be done to compensate because it was booked through a third party. Very disappointing stay at this Hampton Inn.

Good stop for night.
Just a one-night stay - it was OK. They are evidently short of staff, I've seen just one person managing the front desk and the Breakfast room in the morning... But the place was clean and met our expectations.

We paid for our room through Hotels.com and upon checking in the girl charged us a 50.00 deposit which is fine, however she also charged us again for the room that was already paid for. We caught it and told her the room was already paid for and she wanted to argue even after we showed her our receipt from hotels.com. Then she said only the manager could do a refund and he wasn’t there until later, once again by the time we got to our room she charged us for the room a second time, which brings it to triple charges for one night stay. They are running a scam, beware travelers, I told them if all charges were not taken off before I checked out I would call the police to get an incident report. It was removed the next morning but what a load of crap from Hampton Inn.

Area was pretty good. Had a bad experience with staff. Overcharged for both rooms for deposit. Hampton Inn still owes our family $102.73. They seem dishonest.
