We paid for our room through Hotels.com and upon checking in the girl charged us a 50.00 deposit which is fine, however she also charged us again for the room that was already paid for. We caught it and told her the room was already paid for and she wanted to argue even after we showed her our receipt from hotels.com. Then she said only the manager could do a refund and he wasn’t there until later, once again by the time we got to our room she charged us for the room a second time, which brings it to triple charges for one night stay. They are running a scam, beware travelers, I told them if all charges were not taken off before I checked out I would call the police to get an incident report. It was removed the next morning but what a load of crap from Hampton Inn.
