There was trash from the previous guest in the bathroom upon arrival. The maid barely made the bed the next day and didn’t give us clean sheets when we didn’t provide a tip for day one of our two day stay. I don’t know what that person is going through in life, but we sincerely hope it gets better for them. The front desk lady was fantastic when we checked in.

A very good hotel for the price. Everything was clean and worked well. I was glad to have a room on the 1st floor, but there´s no carpet in the halls and it is nearly impossible to close the doors of the rooms without them making a loud noise. I was wishing I had earplugs.

Feels like home every year!
We come to this motel every year when we visit our daughter and her family in Boerne TX. I greeted the same lady I greeted last year. It feels like home. The room was perfect on 1st floor and our cat enjoyed being with us. Breakfast was great! We will see you all next year. We love this place and these lovely people!

We stayed two nights, Friday and Saturday. Friday night was okay but Saturday was terrible. First we found a live roach in one of the beds. Front desk was unable to give us another room because all rooms were filled due to a wedding. Next from midnight until 4am, the other guests keeps us up all night. It was like they were having a party. Laughing and yelling loudly. Opening and slamming their doors. Which caused the dog across from us to bark all night. I did speak with the manager and they gave us a discount. But I would never stay there again.
