“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”

“Beautiful property, and lovley quiet, cosy retreat. Family was welcoming and very friendly, and tiny home was nestled in a beautiful corner of nature for us to relax. Thank you so much!”

“Everything was exactly as we needed. Easy walk to everything Southbank has to offer. Very quiet for a city apartment but you can hear general noise so be respectful of the quiet others would like to enjoy. The apartment is small, very basic and you get what you pay for. The easy, including Parking is absolutely a bonus. Easy check in and out. We would absolutely stay here again.”
