Nice hotel near Town Beach and Matsos brewery!Posted Aug 27, 2015
Pros: As above really.
Cons: Pool heating would be nice. Very cold.
Location: Everything of Broome township is nearby. Only Cable Beach access needs vehicle or public transport.
Nice enough stay. Good pools and quiet location. We travelled on day trips from here and was nice to return to the Oaks. Our opinion would be don't stay at Cable Beach resorts. Not worth it!

Good facilitiesPosted Aug 25, 2015 on Wotif
Pros: The facilities and space
Cons: The food was a bit so, so and the booking in process could have been handled better
I'd been away from civilisation for a while so having great facilities was wonderful. A kitchen and washing machine and dryer made my short stay very good and the space was very good too having been in a tent for some time.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with town bus stop just outside . We were walking distance from Beach Cafe, Matso's Brewery and Mangrove Hotel, all great places to dine out.

It was reasonably close to the townPosted Aug 19, 2015 on Wotif
Pros: It was pleasant and central enough for our stay.
Cons: May be that when the room has been cleaned there should be a check list with the electrical items including the lights to be checked off.
Location: With Broom there is enough leaflets etc. in the lobby to cover most of the places to visit.
Everything worked out well although we did have a job to use the wifi until we worked it out. We did dine in the restaurant which was quite good and pleasant. There did seem to be a fault with the electrics which tripped out with the dryer washer and the replacement kettle on, we had requested a replacement kettle in the mourning when we were going out and had to remind the reception again in the evening when we returned back to the hotel that it was faulty. There was also a down light globe out and the extraction fan light was also out, which we did also report. We enjoyed our stay and our dinning experience and would certainly stay again.

The hotel was nicePosted Aug 18, 2015 on Wotif
The accommodation was nice.My Landcruiser's four tyres were slashed in the car park.It was parked next to a light post with no light and there were no sercurity camera around. What made it worse for me was that I became aware of the situation on Sunday morning as we were about to check out.I pleaded with staff at reception for help to at least give me half price for one more night stay because we couldn't get new tyres till the following day but to no avail. So the accommodation was nice, sercurity very lousy and generosity A Big "SORRY CAN'T HELP YOU"see you next time.

Beautiful hotelPosted Aug 13, 2015 on Wotif
Lovely staff, modern, clean and fresh apartment. The grounds are beautifully looked after, pools clean. It was real luxurious stay for a middle aged traveller, taking a week away from budget accomodation as a birthday treat.

Good location and easy parkingPosted Aug 11, 2015 on Wotif
Pros: Clean big comfy room and close to town
Great first time stay and prompt friendly service. Steak tasted a little boiled (defrosted etc) but thats joys of remote resorts. Food was perfectly cooked so perhaps we just copped a bad steak supply.

Was close to Stairway to the MoonPosted Aug 7, 2015 on Lastminute
Pros: Room was well appointed with good air -conditions and fans. Spa in bathroom. Very good size pool.
Cons: Need to fix problems when reported -Phone in room and entrance foyer to room light did not work. Reported on Sunday and were not fixed by Wednesday
Location: Close to Broome's "Stairway to the Moon" . IGA supermarket and Broome Museum and town bus stop near by
After some room shuffling on our arrival after a tour( friend had moved from another hotel already), stay was pleasant. Phone did not work in our room and entrance light into our room also did not work.
