Nice hotel but do not honor reservation

Very nice hotel but they did switch the reservation and would not honor it. The most they would do is discount a second room. Have never had an issue like this with any hotel.

Breakfast and Bar

Pros: Everything but bar and breakfast.
Cons: Offer a better breakfast.
Location: There is nothing to do in the vicinity of this motel.
This was a nice place to stay but the breakfast and the bar are so overrated. Paid extra to get free breakfast and was not pleased at all with the varieties. If you wanted anything after you eat your small three pancakes that they microwave and are hard is so expensive.

This will include all new breakfast items, and dinner options. Also, I would like to let you know that we do offer a complimentary shuttle that will take up to 9 people at a time anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel. This includes many entertainment options (movie theaters, butterfly pavilion, bowling, Dave and Busters, etc.), a mall, and grocery stores to name a few. We hope to see you back so that we can show you all we have to offer. Thank you for your business!

Stayed here at Christmas- not enough room at “the Inn”... it was comfortable, clean, close. Very pleasant!

Clean and vibrant hotel

From the outside in the lights lead you to an open lobby full of seating, games and a bar. The room was clean and very comforting.

Not a fan....

While the hotel seems to relatively new, I wasn't impressed. The first thing that greeted me when I arrived was vomit on the front curb. It was still there when I left the next morning around 8am. Annoying loud futuristic music in the lobby and elevators, and the décor in lobby and rooms was not my style. I found the elevator voice that said "Going up" or "Going down" to be quite condescending. While I know it was to capture the mood/ambiance that the hotel is trying to portray, it was weird. Also, it was noisy! When I checked into my room, there was a dog in the room either above or close to me and it was barking on and off. Also, when other guests were leaving their room around 10:00pm, it was very loud. The guests weren't being that loud, but the acoustics of the hotel are not very quiet. Not sure if the beds are Sleep Numbers, but I found them to be very uncomfortable. Too firm, and seemed to be very inexpensive. I also opened up a washcloth in the bathroom, and it had makeup on it. Maybe just stained, but it was a bit alarming. The desk girl was great, and it's in a safe neighborhood! The same girl was there when I checked in and also when I checked out. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an up-and-coming area of Broomfield, and I felt very safe there. The hotel seemed a bit out of place in the middle of the neighborhood though. Easy access to highway, and the last minute rate I got was good at $79.

Hello Cathy, I am sorry to hear that our hotel was not your style. We do try our best to please all different tastes, and unfortunately we did not accomplish that during your stay. I am also very sorry about the fact that the property was not cleaned thoroughly outside, and we will definitely talk with our cleaning staff on how to better control these issues. However, I am happy to hear that our front desk agent provided great customer service! If you are ever in the area again we would love to have you back.
