The customer support was poor. My TV didn't work properly and when asking for support it felt like it was inconvenient to request help. When my toilet was plugged, I asked for a plunger which the front desk employee could not find and suggested I just come downstairs to use the restroom. With 75 rooms, how do you not have a single plunger. The next morning the manager could not find one either. I ended up finding it myself in the lobby restroom. Additionally, when I stayed months before, they charged me again when I left. Had I not checked my credit card balance, I would not have noticed that they double charged me. Will never stay again!

This first room had a broken heater, but pretty good channel list on the TV. The staff moved us to another room with a working heater, but the TV only got 3 air-channels. My family and I started getting sick and it turned out to be mold all over the ceiling. It looked like they painted over half the ceiling, but the other half had blothchy mold on it. We will never stay at this hotel again. I really expected better for the price range…

The hostess was rude.She rolled her eyes when i told her ther was a giant fan that was on in the middle of the our hotel room. Checking out she was also rude and short for no apparent reason as if i was annoying her with my one question.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. A bit disappointed the bar was not open as I selected it for this reason to meet clients. But fortunately they were right next door to several nice restuarants. Clean and nice beds

The front desk female employee Alondras. She was smiling and in such a great mood. After driving for 5 hours, she made the check in so easy n fast. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel had a smell like sewer as soon as you walked in. Our room had an overwhelming smell of mildew. The shower wall had what looked like mold. The only reason we stayed is because it was non-refundable and we were only going to sleep there. Will NEVER stay there again.

First as soon as I walked in to check-in, it smelled like sewerage. The bar and dining table are at the entrance where the smell was at. The bathrooms look like they need new wallpaper and paint. Black mold around the restroom corners and shower. When taking a shower tub would get backed up. The air condition unit was broken and loud.

Elevator dirty, bathtub was filthy, I actually wanted to buy bathroom cleaner to clean tub. Towels are not clean. Carpet is dirty, room had and sheets smelled musty. I felt dirty. Outdoor is dirty, lobby had odor, smelled like egg. I will never stay again at this hotel

There was a water leak on the bathroom ceiling, roaches and they put a $25 risk hold on my credit card that I didn't know about until I got to the hotel and they told me that it should return to my card the day that I checked out but isn't thrue it's a day after and still waiting.
