Room had a funky odor to it. Carpets needed shampooing. I saw a roach, only one though and I killed it before my wife saw it. Lol. Common for the area. WIFI was terrible in our room.

I would suggest when disability or handicap room. Maybe it would better word for Deaf instead of hearing impaired. I was satisfied with accommodation or accessible.

Checked out after one night. Room smelled musty. The smell in the room kicked up my allergies. Also, front desk people are not friendly. Asked a question and got one of those annoyed sighs before she answered. Don't know if this hotel offers breakfast cuz the front staff didnt give any additional information on amenities.

The room smelled medically clean and skunky at the same time. There were bugs flying in the air. It is old and was not clean. The hallways were dirty with wrappers and debris, like they havent been vaccumed in weeks. The lobby had an air freshner that overwhelmed you when you walked in. The staff was friendly but it took aver 10 min to check in with a reservation. Would not recommend.

We arrived early at the hotel 2:30 and the Clerk Dora stated that check-in is at 3:00 pm, and she had not recieved the cleaned room list from house keeping, and she would have it 3:00 pm. So we waited in the lobby in front of the desk. At 3:10 pm, I again approached the desk, and the clerk stated that she need to call the house keeping supervisor for the list. She called and housekeeping gave her a list over hand radio of over 20 rooms that had been cleaned. She was not very friendly or wanting any early registrations.

The property was well maintained. The location is great because it is surrounded by lots of restaurants and shopping. The room itself had a great features but our main issues had to do with the bathroom and bed sheet cleanliness.

Second stay was great until I left my Galaxy buds on the night stand at checkout. Called as soon as i realized and they were tracked leaving there. Gave the staff a chance to return them but I had to end up filing a Police report. Heartbroken. No trust.

I was surprised to learn room service is no longer offered but what was worse is that I asked to replace towels and I was asked to bring the used towels to the front desk. The shower curtain was torn. The key card was deactivated on the 2nd day. I guess the service is different when booked through hotel.com
