Very nice place to stay

I've stayed here before several times when in town visiting family. The rooms are always clean, and the staff unfailingly friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend them!

Quiet, comfortable hotel

Pros: We were checked in quickly and, though there was an issue with an expired credit card, they resolved and got us into our room with no problems. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well stocked with all we needed. Pleasant stay all around.
Cons: Room service knocked loudly on our door at around 9:30 when we were just getting up, announcing they were ready to clean. I guess we should've put out the do not disturb sign, but I didn't think they would be around so early. Also, one of the other hotel guests said the spa wasn't warm, but we didn't try it, so not sure if that was true.
Location: There are plenty of places to eat nearby, a mall and several grocery stores to choose from. Don't miss the Regency Suspension bridge. It's a find.

Over all it was ok. Other than having trouble to register. The room it's self was ok. Had some insect problems on floor.Water bugs crawling. The gentleman man that helped us did go above and beyond to help us get into a room.

Nice place

Hotel was great, friendly staff and comfortable room. However TV channel choices were very poor. They do not have even basic cable or satellite channels such as Food Network or HGTV, these are staples of cable service. Otherwise good stay.

There was no outside noise. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again.
