Budget hotel, in good location.

Pros: Warm ambiance in reception, bar area. Good location. WiFi.
Cons: Rooms, and in particular bathroom in need of general modernisation.
Location: Within walking distance of all of Bruges attractions, and short distance by taxi to railway.
The ambiance on entry is very pleasant. Hotel within walking distance of Bruges central. Fairly basic facilities but adequate for a budget stay.

Avoid like the plague

The worst room we’ve stayed in ever. Staff were friendly but the room was a disgrace. Bathroom was disgusting couldn’t use it. Planned to stay three nights but could only manage one, moved to a different hotel. The bed was two singles put together but instead of a double duvet they used two singles. Avoid this hotel like the plague. Especially room 289

The staff was brilliant, very helpful and professional. Location was ok. Room we were in was not so good. Spacious but old and poor. Bathroom was not so good either. Swimming pool was ok-ish , but not as expected. I really thought was much better when I booked it therefore I was a bit let down when I went there. Will I go back ? ( definitely not in the room we were 138) maybe...

Good Hotel

Nice Hotel, rooms a bit dark and pretty basic but OK if you're not spending much time in them. Decent bathroom. Close to centre (10mins walk) decent breakfast.

A very noisy hotel

I would not recommend this hotel. It was very noisy with lots of renovations going on. Our room was awful with missing flooring, the shower head was broken and when we pointed this out we were told they will try to fix it but they are busy with the renovations. It was not fixed and so we bought a screwdriver and fixed it ourselves. The staff at the frontdesk were always talking amongst theirselves and so guests were often left waiting
