Kudos to the staff, everyone we met was accommodating, welcoming and always ready with a smile. It was a very great experience. Definitely will come back when we visit Brugge again.

Best Hotel in Bruges
We loved this hotel! The room was really cozy and quiet. Breakfast was really good and the hotel is beautiful. It’s in a great location for walking around town and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

What a lovely hotel. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Great breakfast with fresh ingredients. Very comfortable bar. Five minute walk to one of the main squares. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We were in a "comfort" room which is a walk through a car park and up to the annexe, so not in the main building, but still very comfortable. Like everything in life, you get what you pay for.

Lovely stay. Hotel is very nicely decorated , with lovely luxury touches. Breakfast was very good and service from start to finish was excellent. Having the sauna and steam room was also a bonus! Only thing we would have preferred was that our room was in the main hotel building and not the annex.

An elegant hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Right in the heart of old Bruges, easy to walk to sights, shops, markets, bars, restaurants. Clean, well appointed rooms. Excellent breakfast in a rather lavish room.

A really lovely hotel. Immaculately decorated, very helpful and friendly staff and possibly the best breakfast we have had in a hotel ever!! The rooms were a good size and the location was perfect for us.

The staff here were all so helpful and friendly. Room was immaculate and selection at breakfast was excellent. Location only a couple of minutes walk from the Burg. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Lovely hotel
Really lovely hotel with a great location. They provide a list of recommended restaurants in the area which was really helpful. We hadn’t realised there was a spa/sauna so sadly didn't come prepared. Square pillows made sleeping a bit more difficult. Breakfast was brilliant, with a huge selection.

Arrive early afternoon and was met by Thomas in reception ,firstly he upgraded us to a superior room and then spent 10 mins going through all the hotspots in Bruges , told us were to avoid as been too expensive and recommended good eating spots and where to get the best beer and what shops to avoid

It was more than we could have expected 👍
We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Dukes Arches. Friendly staff from the reception team, bar team and cleaners. The buffet breakfast is the best I have had outside the U.K. full of variety and inclusive of the full English elements. Nice and close to all we wanted to see and do from the chocolate making workshop to the museum. If you get the chance the waffle and beer workshop is a must. Thanks for a great stay. Regards Andrew

We loved this hotel. The staff were all very helpful. The hotel was within easy walking distance to the canals, the old city center, restaurants and shops, yet quiet and very elegant.

The hotel is immaculately maintained, and staff is friendly, attentive, and ready to provide assistance if needed. Thomas at the front desk was especially helpful in answering questions about train service to the airport as well as several other matters. Breakfast offered a good variety in a nicely decorated sitting area. The hotel itself appears to have been a mansion of some sort in years gone by, and has some impressive architectural features. Our room was on the small side, though otherwise very comfortable. Bruges itself is a historical gem, with well-preserved medieval buildings and canals. There are more restaurants than one can count within easy walking distance. An enjoyable visit.
