Nice hotel in the center of Brugge

Posted Aug 18, 2016
Pros: Location. Close to the sights, parking, grocery stores, and souvenirs shops.
Cons: Better internet reliability, parking validation or offset, and a cheaper breakfast option.
Upon arrival, we easily found the parking garage and hotel. Check in was quick and the front desk clerk was very friendly and provided maps and event calendars for Brugge. Rooms were on the smallish side, but common for most of the places I've stayed in Europe. After freshening up, we went out for the night and explored Brugge. The hotel is located in a good location close to many sites. Upon returning to the hotel around midnight, the wifi was inoperable (making communication with family expensive). The beds were clean and comfortable. In the morning, we prepared for the day. Showers and bathroom facilities were clean and comfortable. Wifi remained down (we left the room at around 9:30). Upon leaving the hotel, we notified the front desk of the wifi issue and was told they were working the issue (staff member seem kind of irritated about having to answer another wifi question). A very nice thing from the hotel cleaning staff was that I left my do not disturb sign up, so they left me clean towels at my doors. Definitely very thoughtful and kind. After returning to the room around 21:00, Wifi was working and everything was pleasant. Checkout morning was a little slow due to checking out two rooms at separate times that were paid by the same person. Also the front desk was being manned by an intern. Not a serious issue for us, but we weren't in a hurry. All-in-all, I'd stay at this hotel again.

Centraal gelegen hotel in Brugge

Posted Jun 12, 2016
Pros: Centrale ligging, niet luxe, wel netjes.
Cons: Goedkoper ontbijt.

Posted May 17, 2016

Posted May 16, 2016
