Very close to old town! We walked through the clock tower to get to the main square. Bruges is a very walkable town and this hotel is right in the middle of it!
We’ve been in Europe for 9 days. We traveled from Netherlands, to Germany, Czech Republic, Switzerland, and Belgium. This is by far the best hotel we stayed at. We were walking distance to shopping, dining, and attractions.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Very clean hotel with friendly and efficient staff and very well situated a short walk from the main square.
Breakfast overpriced for what was on offer.
I have marked the facilities down for two reasons.
I was staying for four nights and found the provision for hanging and storing clothing totally inadequate..
The most serious issue for me was the staircase in the annexe where my room was. Although it was close to my room it was behind a door which was not clearly signed and took me sometime to find. The staircase was also narrow and steep and might prove inadequate as a fire exit.
